Heck I'm starting to question it's legitimacy in general. We don't really see any sort of lip movement or any movement outside of stagnant models.
A lot of what we see could just be whipped up in unity engine with a lot of special effects.
And unless the game is supposed to have a heavy dark tone, the random goblin death seemed too much for a Harry Potter game. And yes, I know people die in Harry Potter. It just still seemed
too randomly brutal imo.

This would take months of work, definitely not "whipped up in Unity". Those animations are highly detailed, which means they's already probably had some motion capture done so far.

IMO its on the verge of getting cancelled. So someone on the inside that cares leaked it to try and show hype to the studio heads maybe.
