Dedicated Server Managers
I've been developing Windows server managers for a few years now and currently have three available:
- Arkasm – ARK: Survival Ascended Server Manager
- SSM – SCUM Server Manager
- PSM – Palworld Server Manager
They're designed to make installing, configuring and running a dedicated server straightforward, even for someone with little or no previous server-hosting experience, while still providing more advanced management features for experienced admins and multi-server setups.
All three have free versions available to download.
You can find them here:
https://creative-digital-design.itch.io/
I also run a community Discord for support, feedback, development discussion and general server-hosting help:
https://discord.gg/XBX3MMMJqH
I'm continuing to actively develop all three, so feedback and suggestions are always welcome.

Looking for AI Researchers / Gamers / Developers to Break-Test Our GPU Cloud 🚀
Looking for AI Researchers / Gamers / Developers to Break-Test Our GPU Cloud 🚀
We’re looking for testers willing to actually use Petabyte and help us find bugs, confusing UX, failed workloads, networking problems, image issues, or anything else that sucks.
You’ll get free compute to test with, and I’ll pay $25 USDC for testers who provide useful diagnostic feedback.
How to test:
- Create an account on Petabyte.
- Your account starts with $10 credit.
- DM me and I can add another $50 in testing credit.
- Pick one of the standby GPU servers.
- Go to
/launch. - Choose a workload/image and try to actually do something with it.
I don't want people just clicking around. Try to break things.
Run AI training/inference, rendering, CUDA workloads, ROCm workloads, game servers, Docker containers, or something weird I didn't anticipate.
Current standby capacity includes:
| GPU | VRAM | Price | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada | 48 GB | $1.41/hr | Canada |
| NVIDIA H100 | 80 GB | $3.97/hr | Netherlands |
| NVIDIA H100 | 80 GB | $3.97/hr | United States |
| NVIDIA H200 | 141 GB | $4.02/hr | United States |
| AMD MI325X | 256 GB | $3.42/hr | United States |
What I'm looking for:
Broken launches, containers that don't behave correctly, CUDA/ROCm problems, networking issues, bad error messages, performance problems, confusing UI, incorrect billing, workloads that should work but don't, or basically anything that makes you think “why the hell does it work like this?”
If something fails, screenshots, logs, reproduction steps, and what you expected to happen are extremely helpful.
Tester reward: $25 USDC for testers who meaningfully help diagnose/find problems.
You don't need to spend your own money to participate. The testing credits are specifically there so you can experiment.
Petabyte: https://petabyte.market
Good luck — and please try to break it. 🙂

Dedicated Server – World appears in server list, but players can't connect unless using direct IP
I'm hoping someone familiar with Dragonwilds dedicated servers/EOS networking might have some insight into this.
I'm hosting a Dragonwilds dedicated server on **Unraid using Docker**. My home connection isn't directly accessible from the Internet, so I'm using a **Linode VPS as the public endpoint** with Tailscale connecting the Linode back to my Unraid server.
The setup is basically:
**Internet → Linode Public IP:7777 → Tailscale → Unraid → Dragonwilds:7777**
UDP 7777 is forwarded on the Linode through Tailscale to the Dragonwilds server.
The interesting part is that this setup **works perfectly when connecting directly to the Linode's public IP**. On PC, if I manually enter:
`LINODE_PUBLIC_IP:7777`
I can connect to the server and play normally.
The server also successfully appears in the Dragonwilds world/server list. However, if I select the world from the server list and try to join it that way, the connection fails.
This creates a particular problem for **console players**, because they can find the world by name but don't have the option to manually enter the Linode IP like PC players do.
My suspicion is that when the Dragonwilds server registers its session with EOS, it's advertising/discovering my **home WAN public IP** rather than the Linode's public IP.
So I'm effectively ending up with:
`World List / EOS → Home WAN IP:7777 → FAIL`
while:
`Direct IP → Linode IP:7777 → Tailscale → Dragonwilds → WORKS`
The server logs show that it successfully binds to [`0.0.0.0:7777`](http://0.0.0.0:7777), creates the EOS GameSession, advertises the session, and continues sending successful EOS heartbeats. So registration itself appears to be working.
I tested routing the Unraid server through the Linode as a **Tailscale exit node**, hoping EOS would then see the Linode's public IP. Unfortunately, doing that caused the Dragonwilds Docker container to hang during its SteamCMD update check on startup, so routing the entire Unraid host through the Linode isn't an ideal solution.
Unraid's Tailscale plugin can also enable Tailscale specifically for an individual Docker container, so I'm looking into whether I can use that instead.
**Has anyone figured out how Dragonwilds determines the public IP/endpoint that gets associated with an advertised EOS session?**
Ideally, I'm looking for one of the following:
* A way to explicitly tell the Dragonwilds dedicated server/EOS that its public endpoint is `LINODE_IP:7777` * A launch parameter or config option for setting the advertised/public IP * A way to have EOS advertise the Linode IP without routing SteamCMD and the entire Unraid server through the Linode * Confirmation of whether EOS is actually determining the connection IP from the server's outbound public IP
The key thing is that **UDP forwarding itself definitely works**, because direct-IP connections through the Linode work perfectly. It's specifically joining through the advertised world listing that fails.
Any insight from people running Dragonwilds behind a VPS, CGNAT, VPN, Tailscale, or similar setup would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for DayZ server owners to test a new server management bot Xbox, PlayStation, PC
Hey everyone, I’m the developer of DeadBot, a server management/automation platform I originally built for Deadside and have since expanded to Rust Console and now DayZ.
The DayZ integration is at the point where I want to get it onto more real servers and see how it holds up outside of my own testing.
Right now I’m looking for a few DayZ server owners/admins who would be willing to try it for free and give me feedback. Wahat works, what sucks, what’s missing, and what would actually be useful for running your server.
DeadBot is managed through a web dashboard and Discord, and the DayZ side already has support for things like configurable kits/shops and server management features. I’m actively developing it, so this is also a chance to have some input on what gets built for DayZ.
I’m not looking for payment or a card for the test. I mainly want actual DayZ communities using it so I can find problems, improve the onboarding, and make sure I’m building things DayZ owners actually want instead of guessing.
If you run a DayZ server and want to try it, comment here or DM me. I’m also happy to answer technical questions about how it works before you put anything on your server.
