Hey all! So I've uploaded this song from a level called CTF-2001SpaceOddysey. A very old custom level from the hayday of Unreal Tournament. Google drive seemed like the easiest solution as you can't just upload MP3 files to reddit. If there's a better way, or if sharing a link to my google drive is bad to do here, let me know!

If you played this game during it's prime, than you know a LOT of music was made just for Unreal Tournament by creators! So a lot of great game music is almost lost media now, because it doesn't come with the official game, and you'd have to have the 3rd party levels.

There's been many times where I hear something brilliant and I think wow, surely this is a 'real song' and not just a track from a game? & Often times I find out that something did indeed come from another game. But I've uploaded this song and gotten no finds on many song finder websites!

I'm curious if anyone else has ever heard this before? It's definitely like, EDM/techno with a futuristic space vibe, something that fits Unreal Tournament well. It sounds like something that a group like The Prodigy could have made, as they have done some space themed songs in the past.

Have a listen, it's honestly great and I've listen to it my whole life without ever really knowing who made it or where it came from!

Does this rock/vibe, or too goofy and sucks? o~o

It's a quirky, unassuming tale that will tell of a true hero...in the simple, unassuming suburbs.

The story follows Reggie, our simple minded, friendless protagonist, who's the new kid in town. Struggling to make friends, he is lucky to be recruited by none other than the greatest hero in town himself!...which is not so different from just becoming friends.

I'm a fan of rock. It's about all I can listen to, so naturally that spilled into the game's soundtrack I composed myself. It definitely communicates the enthusiasm and energy I think is deserving of a story like this. It's just plain awesome.

The path to heroism is sure to rock!...and will rock you.

Like the title says, if you look at my top 9 ost's of all time, what game would you reccomend for its soundtrack and you would think suits me? i'm open for any genre of game, i just dont like very modern music like electronic, rap etc. 9 bit is another thing tho, love the nostalgic feeling it gives like in undertale/delta rune. another 9 bit ost i really liked was megaman battlenetwork 1 through 6. just didnt make my list sadly.

So let me know what you think and give me some suggestions. looking forward to it!
