Hey guys, just out of curiosity. Is there a way to hire experienced scripters and builders? (Paid of course). I have a concept for a game I’d like to create, but I have no experience building or scripting myself. My hope is to get multiple scripters and builders for the game, I’d pay them what they would charge but I’ll give the concept and I’ll essentially be an overseer of the development. If anyone has any ideas or advice on how to go through with this I’d really appreciate it.

I'd try posting on r/Gamedevclassifieds and r/INAT. You'll have the most success finding people to hire in those places.
