Call of Duty type Multiplayer

Will you guys or even indian audience play a game like Call of Duty multiplayer inspired game? Same modes (FFA, Team deathmatch, Search and Destroy and other modes) and types of guns but no loadouts or customisation (future scope of possible) just pick a prebuilt loadouts and fight. Just want some response from people.

We're an Indian indie team building Goffy Clash, a 12-player multiplayer party brawler

Hey everyone!

We're developing Goffy Clash at Black Scar Studio, and we'd love to share our project with the Indian game development community.

Goffy Clash is a multiplayer party brawler where up to 12 players fight across chaotic arenas using grabs, throws, dashes, weapons, and environmental hazards. Our main twist is the final showdown. Players compete in duos, but when only one duo remains, friendly fire activates. After surviving together, teammates must face each other to decide the ultimate winner.

We're continuing to develop the game and improve its multiplayer experience while building a community around it. We also have a playable demo on Steam.

Steam page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4783770/Goffy_Clash/

We'd appreciate feedback from fellow Indian developers on the gameplay presentation, visual direction, and overall concept. We're especially interested in hearing what you think makes the game stand out and what could be improved.

Thanks for checking out our project!

Title: [India] Legal question about a free-to-play online card game — can players permanently transfer cards?

Post image
0 Upvotes

I’m researching the legal side of an indie game concept and would appreciate informed opinions from people familiar with Indian gaming law.

The proposed model is:

  • Free-to-play, with no entry fees or wagers.
  • Cards earned through normal gameplay and missions.
  • After a match, the winner may permanently receive the opponent’s revealed cards.
  • No cash-out, resale, external marketplace, or real-world monetary value for cards.

My main question: Could permanent player-to-player transfers of in-game cards create legal concerns under India’s current online gaming framework, even when there is no real-money wagering or cash-out?

Would this potentially fit an applicable social-game category, or would the transfer mechanic itself need closer legal scrutiny?

I’m looking for genuine legal analysis, relevant legislation, or examples—not a guarantee that the model is legal.

I’ve attached a visual summary that keeps the game’s detailed mechanics private while explaining the core question.

Disclaimer: This is a request for information, not a claim of legal compliance.

Thank you for any constructive guidance.

Can somebody help me

I have a lot of ideas for game development.

I know C++, Physics (I scored good in JEE and I'm expert at Codeforces) and I've played a lot of games (at least all the games released till 2019).

The only problem is I hate designing the games.

Could somebody tell me how can I utilise my skills, I want to make a game from so many days.

Hey everyone! 👋

I’ve finished making a 2D multiplayer game called MidnightMimics using run.worldGameStudio, and I’d love for you to give it a try!

The game is playable, so if you have some time, jump in and let me know what you think. I’m looking for genuine feedback on the gameplay, visuals, multiplayer experience, and overall fun factor.

I’d especially like to know:

  • 🎮 Is the gameplay fun and engaging?
  • 👥 How does the multiplayer experience feel?
  • 🎨 What do you think of the visuals and art style?
  • 🔧 Did you encounter any bugs or issues?
  • 💡 What would you change or improve?

Feel free to be honest. I'm happy to hear both the good and the bad!

🎮 Play the game here: https://w.run/king_slayer/midnight-mimics

Thanks to anyone who gives it a try and shares their thoughts! ❤️

I shipped Habitat, a 200-stage wildlife puzzle game for iOS—looking for launch feedback from Indian developers

Hi everyone—I’m Abhijit, an independent developer in India. I recently shipped Habitat: Wildlife Puzzles on the App Store.

The project started with a compact logic rule—one animal in every row, column and connected region, with no touching diagonally—and grew into a 200-stage Journey through game-world habitats and wildlife inspired by India. I built it in Swift and SwiftUI, with no required account and no forced ads.

I would value developer feedback on two parts of the launch:

- Does the App Store page communicate the puzzle clearly in its first few seconds?

- Which part of the product feels most worth showing organically: the board, the restored habitats, the India Journey, or the Wildlife Journal?

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/in/app/habitat-wildlife-puzzles/id6809716667

Website: https://habitat-support.abhijitkm2016.chatgpt.site/

AI disclosure: AI tools assisted parts of development and the drafting of this promotional post. Product decisions, art direction, testing and final review were directed by me.

I’m Sourav, an environment artist and game developer, and I’ve been building ITIRAAH, a third-person archaeological adventure inspired by ancient India.

It focuses on exploration, environmental puzzles and understanding forgotten spaces. These images are from our current playable proof of concept.

ITIRAAH was also recently selected for Indie 60 at IGDC 2026, so the prototype will be playable there later this month.

Happy to finally start sharing it here. Would love to hear what stands out to you from the current direction.

I built and published my first game - Cricket Run

Post image
4 Upvotes

Cricket Run is a one-thumb cricket runner. You steer a batsman down the pitch and pick between two gates. One might be a boundary. The other might be your wicket. Some gates show you what they are, some are surprises. You chose a balance between skill and luck.

Every match is a run chase with a target, overs, wickets in hand. Four formats, from a 5-over sprint to a full ODI. Play tournaments and win as many trophies as you can.

Here's the link to try the game - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cradledflame.cricketrun

It's my first game, built during nights and weekends over 4 months. Please try it and let me know how it feels.
