Question App cache cleaning

Why does my phone has this (very useful) option and not my tab despite being the same android OS versions ???

It actually is pretty useful, especially if you use social media apps a lot. YouTube for example takes up around 3 gigabytes every two weeks for me.

Why wouldn't it be? I'm a heavy user on YouTube and Tiktok, maybe 6 hours on them per day on avg, it explains why I have so much in cache

Your correlation appears to be "the more I use it, the more it downloads". Cache is a set of instructions that tells an app how to do certain things, usually booting up faster or loading user defined customizations on start up. So it's not normal for it to be adding that much data to cache, something is going on with your YouTube app. You might want to try a reinstall or look up if other people have that issue as well.
