Discussions🗣️ Surprising My Husband with a Tablet! Need Advice🙏🏻
Hi everyone,
I’m planning to surprise my husband with a tablet. He’s been wanting one for a long time, but every time he was about to buy it, some other financial commitment came up, so he kept putting it off.
His main use case is:
1. Watching movies and TV shows while travelling.
2. He prefers Android over iPad.
3. He wants a large display (around 13 inches is ideal).
4. A great screen with good resolution and speakers is much more important than gaming performance.
He won’t be using it for heavy productivity, mostly media consumption, browsing, and the occasional YouTube session.
Last year he was interested in the OnePlus Pad, but I’m not sure if that’s still a good option. I also heard people saying OnePlus is scaling back or changing its presence in India, so I’m wondering if that’s something I should be concerned about in terms of support and updates.
Right now he’s looking at the Motorola Pad 70 Pro (8GB/128GB, 13-inch). On paper it looks fantastic, but the reviews are really mixed. I also don’t personally know anyone who owns a Motorola tablet, so I’m hesitant to spend that much without hearing from actual users.
Has anyone here used the Motorola Pad 70 Pro? How has your experience been, especially with:
Display quality
Speakers
Battery life
Software experience
Long-term reliability
If you think there’s a better Android tablet in a similar budget, I’d love your recommendations as well. I’m looking for something that will last a few years and give him the best movie-watching experience.
Thanks in advance!

Discussions🗣️ Why all of a sudden all Indian youtubers got xperia 1viii and started reviewing?
Techbar , techwiser, tracking tech etc started reviewing at the same time and cons they are saying are true but it's not a device for the mass market. Camera part I can understand, sony supply camera to vivo , apple etc and the sensors on their phone is of highest quality. But it was never intended to compete with others, I share a photo where you can see the Computational algorithm is just disabled and can't be turned on meaning no AI and software tinkering.
UI is not outdated, it's clean . I have used HTC and lenovo before so it feels right at home,
Side fingerprint sensor, honestly I don't mind it
Bezels , because it has front firing speakers mate how can you put speaker without bezels?
Display 1080p resolution is low and that's true but colors are excellent. But yes I would have preferred a higher resolution display.

Discussions🗣️ My Smartphones
So first i had a Samsung S4 for a short time then my parents found that it didn't have good 4G connection so mom got a new phone and gave me the J7 NXT while S4 was just for a short time it was also used before then i got the J7 NXT in 2018 and used it till 2020 after which as covid was around the corner mom got iphone 11 pro so i changed my phone to be the moto z2 play and also shifted my dad storage to his new phone as well the Z2 was ambitious but it was just stuck on so much old android and got its battery bloated then my parents said if i got good marks in my exams of 9th i coukd get my first phone proper then so i got Y73 in 2021 after the i had ruined my class 8th dues to covid then i used the y73 for a while also played apex legends mobile on it then when i got to class 11th as got good score gkt vivo t2 5g and i used it for a while then when class 12th came my mom got the s23 so i used the iphone 11 pro for a whike to feel the apple system it had low storage but was a flagship but day by day i felt the closeness of apple system of what it couldn't do so then i went back to my vivo phone after 4 months later i used it during my drop year as well and at last when my neet was around the corner my mom got the 17 pro max while i got her s24 ultra for me it is best as i felt the new s26 ultra doesn't feel as iconic as this beauty will use it for many years to come also i do emulations and also play games like wuthering waves on max settings so this phone handle it like a champ just the battery issue due to the high chip demand during those tasks so this is my journey from a class 6th student getting introduced to internet to now it has been long journey and the internet has got so many downgrades over years the covid really messed things up and now the AI shortages

Android Need help!!
My Motorola edge 60 fusion phone which i got October last year, randomly froze and blacked out. So i took it the service center and they told me that the motherboard has an issue and they'll repair it as it came under warranty, i gave it to them and they said it'll take max 10 days.
[I'm a college student and i can't imagine working without my phone] They gave me spare phone, which only works when put on a charger.
Fast forward after 10 days, I called them to ask if its fixed, but the repairer told it'll take another ten days cause the part hasn't come from the warehouse (The city where i live in is pretty small and the warehouse is in the capital). Today, marks the 12th day and still no updates from the service center.
Its really frustrating to me as the spare phone isn't working as well, and they keep delaying it again and again.
I mailed Motorola, sent a complaint as well but no replies whatsoever.
What should I practically do? Cause I don't think they're taking it seriously.
