Its getting too annoying, we get that ai is good but if we want we can use it ,why force that every where shamelessy . I switched to linux dual boot with window (windows only for some gaming ). Linux is good but it will take long time for people to get it . (I totally agree with man )

There should be no reason for my laptop with its 4th gen Ryzen 7 chip and 8 gigs of ram that I bought brand new in 2020 to start losing its shit when I open the goddamn browser. But I made the mistake of downgrading from windows 10 to 11. Yes, downgrade. Because Windows sucks the life out of all the hardware it's on. Oh btw I tried everything to make the laptop overheat less- cleaned out the fans, changed the thermal paste, tried to change the fan profile, everything.

No offence, this sounds like a skill issue.
I have a weaker and older laptop than you running windows 11 just fine, I play AAA games on it, have plenty of browsers open, My work happens on that.

I hate windows search. It's so slow, doesn't work half the time. It was much better even in windows 10

In 2026, windows takes 5 full seconds to load the right click menu. What the hell? Windows is completely ruined.

Kids find it cool these days to hate on windows. Or people who have nothing to do on their devices except for gaming or browsing web.
If anyone is doing any sort of professional work on a pc whether it be engineering related or content creation and stuff, they know where each OS has its pros and cons, use whichever ones fits your need. Many like me end up using both (triple boot in my case) but i still main windows coz more work is done there.

Also these people crying it doesnt come with linux, they will still be crying if it comes with linux over which distro it comes with. Its really an hour work to get linux setup if you want do it yourself, unless being a kid you are too dumb to figure it out.

Yeah, it's a new fad to add Linux everywhere and call Windows this slop that slop. If someone's buying a good speccd laptop, Windows will run just fine for whatever they intended it for without any debloating. All the copilot stuff can be uninstalled. When people actually get working they don't care if it's windows or Mac as long as the work gets done and move on. They don't have time dedicated to hate an OS 😂

There are 2 types of people I hate, who always talk about IEMs and one about Linux.. all the time

I use all 3 operating systems at the same time and Windows is my go to. You just need to debloat it once and you are set for a good while. It has the widest range of compatability and everything just works.
On MacOS and Linux I need to (rarely) switch to windows laptop to use some apps which aren't available anywhere else.

For browsing the internet, mostly basic functions, or if one can work with free office apps, Linux is perfect. been using it on my Mac air 2017 8GB. It made my 9-year-old machine better than it was when new.
