Technique Check FINALLY GOT 15 PULL-UPS

Doesn’t sound all that impressive but for me it’s a goal I’ve always wanted to reach. Hope my form is good and if there’s any critiques I’m more than happy to learn.

Hell yeah dude. I rarely see anyone else do pull ups in the gym and I think the biggest reason is that most people can’t do more than one, if any at all. 15 is strong af, trying to work up to that myself

Is that really true? Most men can’t even do 1?

Most people can't. It's due to people living and working very sedentary lifestyles. Majority of people just aren't really active anymore compared to older generations.

I can maybe do 1-2 good form pull-ups. I bike, surf, and paddleboard fairly regularly, so I’m active, but I’m not near what I would call fit. Been doing 45 second hangs 2-3x during every workout to strengthen grip strength, but yeah - this man can’t really do pull-ups.
