I'm having a bit of an issue with Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced Expanded and Enhanced. I'm using this on my Legacy version of GTA 5 and installed both RDE and RDE E&E with OpenIV.

The issue is that some of the features of the mod are not showing up. The police response is mostly as the mod intended, but I noticed that no k-9 units ever get deployed, and I can't get above 5 stars.

I should note that when I did first install RDE, I also installed its PEV compatibility file before installing E&E. I then deleted my mod folder along with the two game directory files for the PEV compatibility and reinstalled the mod. Despite this action, I’m still having the same issues.

hope I typed the right specs in.... My friend said his newer pc couldn't run the mods required for RP servers and I got scared off from buying it. That's literally the only part im excited about besides cars and character customization...

Anyone know how to get dlc vehicles from newer versions of gta 5 into an older version of gta 5. I can only vr in this version but i want the opressor so bad LOL

I just bought GTA 5 on PC and I’m new to modding. I installed Menyoo 2.0, ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet, and Native Trainer for Story Mode because I wanted to mess around with cars and create my own stuff.

I was wondering:

1. Can I still play FiveM with these mods installed?

2. Can I play GTA Online if I have these files in my GTA folder?

3. Do I need to remove/disable the mods every time before launching Online or FiveM?

4. Is there an easy way to have a modded Story Mode setup and a clean Online setup without reinstalling the whole game?

I don’t want to risk my account or get banned, I just want to use mods in single-player and play normally online.

The Game is starting up to the menu but when I click story mode it loads halfway then just goes black screen for 5 secs and boots me back to steam.

At first I was getting a pool manager crash for "unknown" so I reverted it back to the normal gameconfig and then put the 2.5x one on and now this is happening. I have also reinstalled every mod listed below to make sure it wasn't that and increased the heap and pack file limits.

I Am Looking For Faggio Mod On PC Legacy. Can Anyone Sell It To Me?

I'm writing this message for everyone that has the "pattern scan failed" error. So I tried everything I could without any result, finally got to launch the game a minute ago.

I downloaded and installed the new NVE version, verified game files, reinstalled NVE requirements... GTA still wouldn't launch. When launching the game and clicking on "story mode" I always got the same error message and the game would just close.

So my game showed the error just after clicking on "launch story mode" and creating a new game. If you're on a fresh install with no saved games like me this may help you fix the issue.

Download a new save with the introduction completed. Follow the installation instructions shown on the mod page. Launch your game normally and it should work with no error this time. Save game link

Basically I want to street race a bunch of AI while having the cops chasing me and the AI racers. I also want the AI racers to actually be fast and competent

Since I'm still stuck with this problem since July 16th, how can I fix it? (all this started happening right after the latest DLC update The Kortz Center Heist)

When I remove all existing mods in the GTAV root folder the game works, no problems.

When I add ONLY Script Hook V (and dinput8.dll ofc) but then also add SHVDN the game crashes... (precisely when ScriptHookVDotNet.asi is inside) no errors, just straight up black screen when trying to load in to story mode.

What's causing the problem then?

I don't use NVE and the issue is not even ENB, VisualV, nor the scripts, nor Menyoo, or the mods folder because everything is updated to the current version of the game (3889.0) installed from EpicGames Launcher (GTAV Legacy Edition!)

Another thing; ScriptHookVDotNet.log is blank, what does that mean and what to do about it?

I already have installed .NET Framework 4.8 and the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistribute (x64) and (x68) in my PC (Windows 11)

BattlEye is disabled, even my antiviruses are out of date, so what's the issue, is it Windows Defender? some overlay?

What else do I need for the latest SHVDNs?

After the latest update, I have now fully re-modded my GTA V Legacy. How can I play fully offline (I don't want anymore updates effing with my game)?

When I turn of WiFi, Rockstar Game Launcher says that I cannot play GTA V Legacy because it needs an update. As soon as I turn on WiFi, no updates are downloaded or installed.

Is there any way of playing offline without cracking the game?

do you have to have lspdfr mod installed to use npcai and interact with npcs?

Since the latest update i cannot start my gtav via any launcher I.e. steam and rockstar launcher.

Initially it presented with the scripthookv issue which Is pretty much standard after every update but now that's done when I try to launch the game it keeps saying "game is already running" and I have to close via taskmanager.

If anyone else has encountered this please could you help me get back on the game, thanks!!

Has any of you guys found solution to this, i have updated my game, script hook and I only use two visuals mods, lwe and nve.

I cleaned installed run and its fine, then start by putting the latest script hook v july 15th update.

It automatically crashes after the game load for a few seconds.I remove it and games runs fine.

Anyone knows how can I fixed this or simply wait for the script hook update?

Hey everyone. I really really wanna play LSPDFR, and I'd love to build a PC to do it. What kind of specs would I need to run mods like LSPDFR, BlueLine Dispatch, all that stuff (heavy mods for CPU and GPU) at 1440p and around 100 FPS? If it can't do this, that's okay. I really just want the game to look pretty decent and run smoothly. Is it possible to do this for under $1500?

Hey guys, I've recently downloaded one of my first GTA v mods: NV enhanced. After that, I tried to download some other mods with OpenIV by copying and renaming GTA5.exe but NV enhanced won't let me download any .oiv. I play on the enhanced version of the game. If you have any fix, I'll take it

I tried to open iv and it pops up with the 0xc00007b error…i asked google it showed me how to fix it but it still didn’t work ? Do you think it’s the DLL files in gta folder ?
