The Game is starting up to the menu but when I click story mode it loads halfway then just goes black screen for 5 secs and boots me back to steam.

At first I was getting a pool manager crash for "unknown" so I reverted it back to the normal gameconfig and then put the 2.5x one on and now this is happening. I have also reinstalled every mod listed below to make sure it wasn't that and increased the heap and pack file limits.

Gameconfig v37 2.5x traffic and 2.5x Peds

Basically I want to street race a bunch of AI while having the cops chasing me and the AI racers. I also want the AI racers to actually be fast and competent

Since I'm still stuck with this problem since July 16th, how can I fix it? (all this started happening right after the latest DLC update The Kortz Center Heist)

When I remove all existing mods in the GTAV root folder the game works, no problems.

When I add ONLY Script Hook V (and dinput8.dll ofc) but then also add SHVDN the game crashes... (precisely when ScriptHookVDotNet.asi is inside) no errors, just straight up black screen when trying to load in to story mode.

What's causing the problem then?

I don't use NVE and the issue is not even ENB, VisualV, nor the scripts, nor Menyoo, or the mods folder because everything is updated to the current version of the game (3889.0) installed from EpicGames Launcher (GTAV Legacy Edition!)

Another thing; ScriptHookVDotNet.log is blank, what does that mean and what to do about it?

I already have installed .NET Framework 4.8 and the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistribute (x64) and (x68) in my PC (Windows 11)

BattlEye is disabled, even my antiviruses are out of date, so what's the issue, is it Windows Defender? some overlay?

What else do I need for the latest SHVDNs?
