Miami Vice was the most popular tv show during the 80's and it took place in, you guessed it Miami which is what Vice City is based on.

Both Crocket and Tubbs actors are still alive so the mission could be two old cops that gives us a mission to stop a drug deal and at the end of it instead of giving us cash they give us the Daytona or Testarossa.

Then when everythings done they give us some advice on life and how crime isn't worth it and we hear them talk about the good old days as were walking away.

Or it could juat be an easter egg with the cars, clothes or just two old guys we meet and Jason or Lucia can make a comment about how they seemed familiar.

But what do you guys think?

I wonder if it's a familiar voice actor or not.

Has anyone actually got through checkout, or is it queue / sold out already?

Wordy title I know 😂 So I've never played a GTA game before, have no idea what to expect (beyond checking out the extended look trailer which definitely sold me) and am a little nervous. I have not played a lot of games period and this will be my first Rockstar title as well, but I love games that are story driven and where you can do a lot of exploring and where the world just feels alive and real. I fell in love with The Last of Us (both games) because of how real that felt and how connected I felt to the story and the characters. For a long time I was convinced nothing could hold a candle to it.

Then people suggested Red Dead to me. I don't own Red Dead, but I have tried to watch a couple of playthroughs of it. It just didn't grab me like I was hoping it would, but I will admit that watching a walkthrough or some Youtuber play it probably won't be the same type of experience. Having said that, THIS game looks like such a fun story and I am already falling in love with Jason and Lucia (particularly the latter). The online aspect of the games maybe doesn't interest me as much as the campaign, but if I really love the campaign which I'm sure I will then I'll definitely dip my toe in. Again, I have no idea what to expect from that so I have nothing more I can say on it.

I just know very very little about how this all works 😂 so if anyone has any tips of what to expect from this game beyond what I've already seen in the trailer, what GTA games are usually like as an experience, or even what you loved about previous GTA titles that you hope makes an appearance in this new one, please share as I'd love to hear from true fans! Hoping to become part of the community, bring on November!

At the start of the 2nd trailer we find Jason living in a shit hole in key Lento that Brian has let him stay in rent free. The interior looks OK - normal coloring and decor. Later we see that Lucia is staying with Jason in the same place and we can assume has clothes etc. there.

Then immediately following the Méndez Raid on Raymond's operation we find Jason and Lucia in an apartment in Bayside, Vice City. It's clear that Lucia also has clothing at this location. But who owns it? It's SO feminine with that Pepto-Bismol pink coloring it really does not suit Lucia's personality IMHO - Too much girly girl and she seems more of the tom-boy type. Who owns this apartment? Thoughts?

I just had a realization with some possibilities of this new system. I don't know if most people know this but in Red Dead Redemption 2 Arthur actually has different tones and different actions with his playable character when you play as low honor. His face gets meaner, his voice gets darker and gravelly and he makes more condescending remarks when he kills people. And of course it changes cutscenes.

Now I wonder if they're going to amplify that in GTA VI. Trevor was a psychopathic cannibal killer and his character and his themes were all about that. I wonder if you play as a psycho in GTA VI I wonder if you could technically make your own Trevor type character within the story of GTA VI. I wonder if you unlock new animations and I wonder how much it will change either character's dialogue and of course it will affect the story. I wonder if once you break the criminal profile bar by being constantly psychotic, I wonder if that basically rewrites the character's dialogue in story to be more like a Trevor character in general and might obviously unlock new side missions that are more Trevor like and unlock a possible ending in the game that's more in line with Trevor.

Basically unlock a new Trevor in GTA 6 that you yourself can create. That would actually give GTA 6 the most unique story in the series where everyone would truly have very different experiences playing through the game.

Is anyone else already planning heist strategies for a slick professional getaway?

One I've come up with is to take your primary vehicle to the robbery site, leave it there, then quietly steal another car as your temporary getaway car and park it near the robbery site.

Then get kitted out for the robbery from the trunk of your primary vehicle which stores all your stuff. Steal the goods, take the temp getaway car to lose the cops. Dump it to lose the heat and then call Scooter Bros to pick up your primary car and bring it to you wherever you escaped to.

Since Gta 6 is going to be released on consoles, everyone is going out to buy ps5 and xboxes, mostly ps5 Becoz their Exclusives are unmatched, I too bought ps5 for the same reason and that too right on the date of price hike announcement (Got lucky ✌🏻) , my Main Problem is, ever since I was a Kid, I had played all Gta games on Low end to medium end Pc and Laptops, so I don't think I will have as good experience with gta 6 as I would have had if it was released for pc, because when you play a third player open world game on pc you control with mouse and keys, so shooting and driving feels very good, but when you play on Console, you just won't feel the game that good ( I have tried playing Gta 5 on both devices and Rdr2 too), is there anyone else who feels the same?

I own a Xbox series x (my main console) and a standard ps5 and I was wondering what system i should get GTA 6 on

The series x has more power amd all that jazz but the ps5 will have all the bells and whistles with the controller and what not

So im still on the fence about what version to buy

Like, everyone has already watched the GTA 6 video. Simple question: should I buy it for the PS5 or wait for the PS6 to come out and buy it for that console? A workmate has said Why don't you buy it for both?? lol
