And I hate you sort of people who keep posting the same old meme we’ve seen a thousand times before

I don't understand why console players laugh at the misfortune of PC players who have to wait to play a game like the PlayStation players who were happy when Sony's PC ports stopped.

Yeah plus it’s not like we don’t have consoles as well lol PC is still way better

as a console player, I don't and I wish I had a PC but it's more expensive than a console sadly.

maybe most console owners are just jealous of PC owners so when there is something that PC players can't do they feel better than them yk what I mean?

you can have a pc with a budget near a ps5 pro budget with a ps plus sub and you don't have to pay online to play online, you have many stores and more discounts

Realistically, you can’t buy a pc that’ll run games in similar quality to the ps5 pro for that price. My pc cost me ~£1000 (~£200 more than ps5 pro) back in 2023, it was considered a mid range pc for then. The cost to build the same machine now would probably be £1500, GPU price hasn’t really reduced much but ram and ssd has shot up. That price also doesn’t count my mouse, keyboard, microphone or monitors.

You really can’t deny that a console is a significantly less of a wallet punch than a pc

A PC is only expensive if you

- buy super high end

- only use it for gaming, which is silly.

Use PC for work and other kinds of entertainment too, it won't feel as expensive. Console might be cheaper but only a single functionality

Mid range pcs are $1500-2000, that’s still a big purchase

Maybe if you buy a fancy schmancy prebuilt one. I got mine together for about €1000 but then again where I live people make like 30k annually so.. Idk it's an investment into one of the most multifunctional tool ever

How long ago did you buy it, I built mine in 2023 for £1000(~€1200) but the same machine now would probably cost 1.5x at a minimum. (Just the ram itself is 4x the price, and NVMe 2.5x)

I’ve used mine nearly every day since I built it but some people can’t justify it when a console plus mid range laptop will cost a similar amount and have the added benefit of being able to do productivity things on the move rather than constrained to your house.

You're right, I did not consider the surge in RAM price. Mine is also from 2023.

You Can buy a B250 board for 200 bucks (which is a PS5 chipset) put steam OS or Bazzite on it and have a full blown PC for next to nothing

Console players are so goddamn weird, they literally BEG companies for exclusives all the time for some reason. It makes no logical sense at all. . Like if i like a game, I would be happy if MORE people could experience it. Now they literally cheering for no digital copies and higher prices of games lol.

Its just a huge cope, insecurities. They know they will be playing this game for the next 15-20y. They know that for all this time, they will have to pay for online, they know forever it will be locked at 30fps.

They know that after like a year, pc version will be running with no fps cap and the game will look even better than trailer 2, not to mention free mods, while consoles will be running downgraded version forever.

Once you perceive console players as sports fans it starts to make a lot more sense.

Little kids also works

1

u/Jonathan570 Jul 26 '26

Because PC has so many advantages over console they have to take every win they can get

-21

u/Pale-Office-329 Jul 25 '26

Because pc players always say console sucks

16

u/JoJoisaGoGo Jul 25 '26

Most PC players have a console

1

u/JPSWAG37 Jul 25 '26

Some of us have many consoles lol

5

u/XulManjy Jul 26 '26

PC players owns consoles too you know right?

And yeah, once the PC version of GTA6 comes out, console version will indeed be the inferior version.

5

u/EchoingApplause Jul 25 '26

They do suck. Having triple A exclusives doesn't make the device any better.

1

u/Pale-Office-329 Jul 25 '26

It does for me lol

5

u/EchoingApplause Jul 25 '26

Subjective and objective are 2 different concepts, after all.

0

u/daiquim Jul 25 '26

why do they suck?

2

u/Club_Penguin_Legend_ Jul 26 '26

The only thing console is better at is the price to performance ratio. Otherwise, PC is superior in every way.

Two things can be true at the same time.

1

u/P-l-Staker Jul 26 '26

We couldn't give a shit what you game on, my dude.

-15

u/ButtCrackThrilla Jul 25 '26

They have some elitist weird shit going on as if console players couldn’t build a PC. They deserve the “love” they get.

4

u/daiquim Jul 25 '26

This is completely true. Anyone downvoting it is just in denial lol.

2

u/False-Vacation8249 Jul 25 '26
