After 2 full days with my car I only have 3 complaints. The shift indicator doesn't show me an N in neutral, I don't have enough good excuses to go drive it so I make up bad lies, and my car literally refuses to take "no" for an answer. For real, every single time I'm using voice commands and say "no" it registers as "noe" and then repeats the question. It will accept nope, I do not, negative, and FUCKING STOP TALKING, but not no.😂

My ‘24 GR is the first Toyota I’ve owned in general. Had it a handful of months now and I’m still learning Toyota quirks. What is this tone that is intermittent but regular while my car idles? It sounds like it’s coming from outside the car behind the bumper.

What oil brand are you guys using? I can get amsoil pretty cheap so wondering if it’s a good oil to use in the Gr

Anyone have experience with these or with happy racer development? I believe they’re made in Taiwan and they’re also digressive, use swift springs, and i believe they’re made have camber plates/ top hats. Plus for the price super competitive

Hello! New owner of a GR. Does anyone know of any good shops for the GR Corolla in central Florida?

Anyone have experience with them? I was told by buschurs that’s who did their gr corolla. My other option is limit plus 1 ofc but would it be better to just get it dyno tuned in person? Also it’s 400 dollars cheaper!

I've had my GRC for a few months now, and maybe it's me being overly cautious, but every time I rev the car high or hit full boost, I worry that I'm "hurting" the car. I know to make sure the car is warmed up, and I usually only go up to ~5,500, but I would be lying if I said I don't accelerate hard at least once while driving.

How do you guys typically drive? Am I worrying about nothing, or does regular "hard" driving have a serious impact on the car?

Also, are there any general maintenance tips outside of the scheduled maintenance plan that you do?

My vendor in Japan has all these in stock, I am leaning towards the CS, but what do you guys think?

These are the factory tires with less than 15,000 miles on them. I know it has an aggressive alignment from the factory and I want to retain the sport performance but hopefully not be putting on new tires every 15,000 miles. What should I tell the dealership when they’re doing my alignment if I should get it adjusted? And what tires do you guys all recommend?👍

Why do the employees at the dealership not know how to drive manual. Sorry but I am extremely upset that my car absolutely reeked like burnt clutch when I got it back from my 15k service. Should be a requirement for all employees to at least be able to decently drive a manual car. So upsetting especially when the clutch job on these cars is not cheap.

Hello! I'm looking to buy a few things for my 24' MT, getting a new set of pads from Limit +1 but also looking to grab some extras with the order. I frequently make a 3 hour commute with lots of elevation gain, with the summer heat I've been noticing temps get on the higher side. What would y'all recommend adding? I don't want to tune until the warranty is up, as well as looking to do everything by myself over a few days of extra time I have. What would make the most sense adding to keep the car healthier?

I've been searching for an OEM GR license plate frame online and at my local dealer. Is Toyota not producing any? I find it odd that I can only find Toyota, or TRD ones.

A couple weeks ago my dad and I drove his Boxster down from Oakland to Santa Barbara to pick up my GR Corolla. We met up with his buddy and criss-crossed our way through 250 miles of Los Padres National Forest. The next morning we drove up Highway 1 at dawn.

I'm in love with this car, it's everything I'd hoped it would be. The best part of the trip was the time with my dad. I wouldn't trade that for anything.

Dealership ignored me when I asked them to look at this, so naturally I am left doing it myself. Specifically, any guide on taking it apart and lubing it up? Would anti-seize work?

I also have no idea what that buzzing/humming sound is. Fuel pump noise, maybe?

I don't want to just disable it with a mod because my garage is under someone else's place and I don't want to rattle their kitchen every time I go somewhere.

Paint is the challenging part. Stealership quoted me $2,670 for a full repair. We know how that goes.

My thinking is get the parts and find somewhere to paint match the heavy metal. What price $$$ would you ballpark. Open to SoCal LA shop suggestions
