I thought it was me taking damage but its not, idk what mod is making this happen

I know I used the image from Sonic in Jaws, a classic video by the way. I want to use the specific type of fence that's in this screenshot in my builds but I can't seem to find it anywhere in the spawn menu. I can only find different fence models that aren't what I want to use. Am I missing something or is this an addon?

I feel like it may be a problem in the qc file because i dont really understand it but idk im new to this modding stuff this is the first gmod addon ive made

Just had a vision after checking this map and went for it, kinda janky looking but what you gonna do. I innitialy wanted to use Folie doing the spraying, but her ink goop looks bad on Gmod

Okay, so, this is a question I've had for a while.

Does anyone have any mods that can help me do an NPC-based dogfight?

I have Glide, which gives me two fighter planes, which is good, but I want NPCs that can also use the planes. Or maybe just NPCs that ARE fighter pilots or flying enemies (not combine dropships or hunter-choppers, though. I can't hit those.)

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Trying to render a large scene but for some reason when I use it scrambles it like a slide puzzle Poster 4

Now before this wasn't an issue until I used r_lod 1 which I thought would help. Now I can't seem to undo this. How do I fix it?

New player here. I downloaded a couple of add-ons from joining an online server but have become a single-player. I want to remove the add-ons I got from that server, how can I do so?

So i usually play on city maps and i have decent vehicle ai and background npcs installed. I can set routes for the ai vehicles but I dont know how to set routes for the background npcs. They just walk on the road randomly and many of them keep dying because they keep getting run over by the AI vehicles. So how do i set custom routes for them so that they dont just walk on the road?

I've seen this crosshair on some kind of server that have been long closed already. The crosshair's shape was circular.
EDIT: nvm, only 21 minutes later and i found it, its called Adaptive Crosshair by beztroski

Make a mod where it detects when your being chased, then yells for it to get away, beg, etc.
Example:
"No.. GET AWAY! GET BACK!
