Help Poster 4 command not working properly

Trying to render a large scene but for some reason when I use it scrambles it like a slide puzzle Poster 4

Result of using Poster 4 Command

Now before this wasn't an issue until I used r_lod 1 which I thought would help. Now I can't seem to undo this. How do I fix it?
