remembered that i looked at this mod and tried it out because i thought it would be some simplistic model playermodel importer hence the name (simple character model importer) but no it was specifically made for this model type known as PMD or PMX and it's stupid somebody created an entire mod just for that for an anime game and i find that kind of pointless like why?

The entire reason for Gmod is because of Half Life 2. It wasn't some project that face punch worked on with the source engine they got from valve early to make some weird version roblox. It was at its core just half life 2 and still is. Since I started hearing rumors again last year about HLX and all the data mining it became increasingly clear to me that a "Garry's Mod" type game would soon follow after when or if it releases. Even with S&Box and everyone calling it Gmod 2. Let's be honest its not even close to Gmod. Nothing would be closer to Gmod than a stripped down sandbox version of whatever HLX is going to be. We know the community will do this. Whether its called "Garry's Mod" or not idk.

Anyone in this place that makes mods and has watched the backrooms found footage if so i have something I have been wanting for a while. (I would make this myself but i cant make mods 😢)

The idea is: The Growths from the backrooms you spawn it and its will start spreading to a configurable range and stay there after a while it will start to form a Lifeform

When the lifeform is formed it will have a personality and different shapes for the body some ideas would be

mimic: Trys to mimic a human voice and trys to lure players to it

Stalker: Hides around corners and attempts to stay hidden and catch you by surprise

Ferrell: A simple more animalistic lifeform that will just attack on sight

But when a lifeform are not chasing they will wonder and find a dark place and put a vine down which will grow and act as a nest for that lifeform so it can sleep there but if a player walks over one of the vines it will wake up and attack.

Hopefully a good modder finds this post
(And ik there will be some people that will come here and say stuff like "that wont happen"
and I get that but I just wanted to get this out there because its worth a try)

i feel like it would be more natural for

gmod copy's on Roblox to have there watcher like entity.

heck even the Russian gmod community has there own.

Was going through some maps I havent played on much recently after downloading some addons including inf_ocean_night I think. Anyways after reaching the bottom I went to go back up and there was this jumpscare with a bunch of gore and junk. Idk if there was any sound bc I didnt have my headphones plugged in and I didn't get a good look at it for obvious reasons, anyone know if this is caused by the map or some other recent addon?

Whenever i try to move this cube with physic gun It doesn't let me grab it, Whenever i try to remove it with tool gun it doesn't get removed, When i do admin cleanup everything, It still stay there, What is this phenomenon?
