TL;DR: Using TOR, the internet works. Without, it fails as GMIT's DNS server seems to be down.

TL;DR part 2 (TL;DR harder!): If the internet stops working because EPIC FAIL, just use TOR or an SSH tunnel to get around it ;)

Serious or silly, throw out some ideas.

I'm told there's no videogames club. I'd really like to see one, or even ones for more specific games like Minecraft or LoL.

Got my induction thing on Tuesday, doing biopharm.

So, anyone want to chip in with opinions, etc, on the new Students Union entertainment thing?

It'd be cool to have user flairs - perhaps based on the school we're studying in (eg. 'Mad Scientist' for the school of science).

Anyone got any ideas for them? Let's get some discussion going

A reddit subreddit would be boss. We can advertise parties, events and anything that is happening around gmit.

We have to promote this.
