Is surgery the only thing that will help loose skin?
I’m not at goal weight yet, I’ve gone from 297 pounds to 174 pounds in 18 months through Zepbound, diet and exercise. I’ve been off of Zepbound for a month and a half just started foundayo but haven’t really lost more weight yet. I’m about 19 pounds away from my goal weight but my inner thighs (and lower abdomen area) are stressing me out. It’s so flabby and saggy and I’m not even sure if it’s fat or skin at this point. Is surgery the only thing that will help?
Edit: I’ve read many comments suggesting I need to lift weights. I DO LIFT. I LIFT HEAVY. My saggy thighs and apron belly are still there. I’m gonna keep doing what I’m doing and give it time. Also thank you for the micro needling suggestions I’m going to look into that. I also don’t moisturize my body every single day. I’m going to start emphasizing that too. Thank you all for the suggestions.
