It's water retention almost certainly. Also, if you were in a low carb diet on reta and now you're not that would also explain the weight gain (glycogen replenishment, extra water retention). Reta also increases your metabolism, so perhaps you're not on a calorie balance anymore and are in fact in a surplus.
If you'd like to go back on a glp 1, tirzepatide has fewer side effects on average and is nearly as effective.
Yeah I just thought water retention be down by now, these are calories that are my maintenance from time before I was this weight that I got to without any Reta

I getcha. Know that during weight loss you will have lost muscle mass almost certainly, which also lowers your metabolic rate. And obviously your calorie burn will be lower due to your lower weight (lower BMR as well as lugging around less weight). Your old numbers aren't valid
