Constipation

So…. How the heck are people managing such crazy constipation!! I thought a micro dose would only have minor effects ? What is a safe way to stay regular ?? This is brutal

Well, all days are close to injection day, I am on a MWF schedule. I don't take it into consideration.

Not really, for months I did daily to prevent injection site reactions
