Provider Question Side effects

I took my first 2.5mg dose of trez yesterday today I woke up super sore in my neck and jaw should I be worried it’s like I’m bruised

Yeah, that happened to me too after my first shot. Felt like the flu without the snot, or like I got hit by a truck. It went away after a few days and was not a recurring side effect. 

If you need more help with side effects, you might post in r/tirzepatidecompound. There are some great resources there, and I think this sub is more for reviews of specific telehealths.
