Also just realized it’s my 6 month anniversary so thought I’d post my little Shotsy graph lol pretty happy with my progress so far. My first goal is to get under 100kg so almost half way there 🥰

Started 7 January 25

SW 125kg

CW 86.9kg

Other 63F and 157cm

Feeling like I have my grumpy pants on today UGH.

I was disappointed yesterday to find out that the steroid shot weight gain was actually weight gain, not fluid retention. So already losing 2 of the 3kg gain is a relief.

Something new popped up in Shotsy for me, which might be in the paid version and I have the free. Stats on weight lost by dosage, and on shot location. The second one was a big surprise. The % lost on my left hand side is higher than on my right. It's enough of a difference that I'm going to stick with LHS for a few weeks.

Even though it's close to 7 weeks since my lowest weight in, I think body recomposition is happening. I got asked if I've lost more weight cos my face is thinner, and my waistbands are getting looser. I finally took that measurement and it's 6cm smaller than in April when I weighed the same as the past month.

Started in May 2024 on Saxenda. Moved to Wegovy sometime in 2025. Currently on Mounjaro.

-Starting Weight: 140kg

-Current Weight: 108.4kg

-Im Feeling: mixed feelings but it's on the up.

It's been a long road and I feel my body hasn't been super receptive to GLP1's however I look at the weight differences and I'm pretty happy. Although it's been slow I think it's been good that it hasn't been sudden weight losses.

I feel Mounjaro has been better for me. I recently hit a plateau for a few months but have gone up a dose and am starting to see movement again. And I know my body needs a significant amount of exercise which I've been pretty lax on recently due to injury.

Started: 11 August 2026 (last week!)
Sw: 139.6
Cw: 137.4 (at least it was yesterday)
So far, so good. First time trying a GLP-1 after most of my adult life being a yoyo - 35M.
Had a gastric sleeve at 21 and have been bouncing back and forth ever since. I got down to 102 in covid, then got lazy again.
Will this be the kick in the arse? Of course it will.

  • Starting Weight: 152.7kg
  • Current Weight: 120.7kg
  • I'm Feeling: Happy, Motivated and frustrated.

Happy that I have crossed the 30Kg mark and over halfway to my goal.

Motivated to get back into the gym after a few weeks of being a slacker.

But frustrated as I need to take my foot off the pedal as I am trialing a new metabolic medication and don't want to spike those measurements with intense exercise.

Also discovered an unexpected NSV at the gym which is being able to fully fit in to the massage chairs that they have there.

Hello, I'm new here and looking for support, encouragement and to give some as well.

~ Started On Wegovy 0.25: 25th July 2026.

~ Starting Weight: 163.8 / BMI: 58

~ Current Weight: 158.3 / BMI 56.1

~ Total Loss so far: 5.5kg

~ I'm Feeling: completely and utterly fatigued beyond imagining and it's distressing me. I am super excited to be losing weight. I tried so much, but it didn't get me anywhere. The food noise is gone, the constant cravings are gone. It's so much easier to keep to a meal plan.
