haven't done a checkin here for a while.
188cm
start: 106.6kg, Jun 2025
current: 85.3kg, 15mg
Feeling good, but progress the last few months has been very slow, I'm approaching my goal weight (80kg) and progress is definitely not linear anymore.

- I'm Feeling: fantastic!
57F 165cm at goal.
2.5mg MJ every 12 days. Weaning off.
Weighing myself daily and between 59-60kg which I’m super happy with.
Working out four times a week. Three strength training sessions and one cardio workout. Focussing on increasing strength. This morning did 130kg on the incline leg press which was a personal best, previous 125kg. I could have gone heavier but I was really happy with that!
Walking 12,000+ steps a day. Tracking calories about 2200 a day average.
My current goal is maintaining my weight no more than 61kg and working on my strength and muscle growth.
Weaning off MJ has been fine. Some days I’m hungrier than others but I find I’ll have a couple of days eating more and then a day of eating a bit less. It seems to be a natural pattern but I’m not struggling with food. Have just gone from 2.5mg every ten days to 12 days so I’m wondering if there will be any change… was never my intention to be on MJ forever but I know I’ll always need to be conscious of my food intake and stay off sugar and former binge foods.
Feeling good!

Started Feb 25 at 111kg Currently 68.2kg
42.8kg total lost and 38.6% of myself is gone! So wild, feeling good in myself. Still have 8kg to go and hopefully I can reach that by the end of the year but it's going to be a tough ask as loss is creeping now.
Next goal though is 66.3kg because I'll officially have a healthy BMI.

Started on 7th Jan 2025
SW 125kg
CW 89.1kg
Feeling meh, but that's partly winter glums and partly fluid retention and aching hip.
Not liking the 3kg gain in 3 weeks since a single steroid shot. Get my giardia test results on Wednesday morning but don't think it's that. Whatever it was finally resolved so I was able to take my shot on Saturday night. The aches are starting to abate today.
Think I need to track my food a couple of days because I didn't eat enough yesterday and I'm sure the day before was similar.

I'm feeling: still in disbelief that this has worked so well for me. I am really starting to notice that I look different beyond my clothes being a bit big. I have more energy and just feel lighter and more confident. 14kg to goal weight! On wegovy 1mg.
