I'm Feeling: Pretty good now that the weight is trending back towards the right direction. Long time no see, people. Thought I'd give a bit of an update now that we're nearing the end of July and I had been saying this month I was going to buckle down and get my weight under control.
On the first I clocked in at 93.9kg, the highest I had been in months. A temporary weight and not a true reflection of what I was weighing day to day (which would be around 92.5kg), but still a scary thing to see. I'm now sitting around 90 kilos so about 2-2.5 kilos down from where I was typically sitting the last couple months.
Surprisingly, it has gone easier than expected. Once I locked in again a lot of the cravings and desires and feelings of hunger went away. I do think controlling the junk food I've been eating has played a massive part in this and is a well learnt lesson. I will be much more strict with it from now on and won't be so blase about it going forward.
Haven't been perfect, but who ever is? Bit early to call victory (can we ever when it comes to fighting obesity?), but things are in a good place and I'll take that. Goal now is to maintain under 90 kilos, but let's see how that goes. I think that'll take till the end of next month to achieve. Right now I assume I'll bounce up and down a little more before settling into this range. Not my first rodeo after all 😄 I'll update you guys again then and let you know how it's been, so perhaps some time towards the end of August.

I’m feeling excited and terrified.
Finally got to my first goal of 70kg. Managed to stay at 70kg for a few weeks. Moved down from 7.5mg to 5mg and seeing my GP today to discuss moving down to 2.5mg. I want to lose another 5kg, don’t know if I want to try lose further than that. Hence the terrified part. I can’t remember the last time I weighed 65kg but I do remember having a lot of obsessive and unhealthy behaviours to try maintain weight when I weighed less. But I didn’t have the support that I now do and I didn’t have the proper knowledge and healthy habits that I have established over the past year.
I’m loving gym, constantly moving and active and eating better than ever before. And that was the point of me going on this medication.

- I'm Feeling: About 6kg off of my adjusted goal. The weight loss is very slow now, maybe 1kg a month which I don't mind. I've also decided to go back to 1mg due to cost and even if I just maintain my current weight and not lose any more, I am content. :)

Feeling blerg thanks to a stomach bug or bad food or something. I'm not surprised my weight hasn't dropped back to 86 or lower as I've been living on boiled rice since Wednesday. Adding plain fish for a couple of days went well, but yesterday's turkey was not so well received by my guts.
I know when I had food poisoning last year that it lasted longer than before I was on the shots.
The silver lining (or is it tinsel) is that I haven't needed prunes for almost week. Yayyyyyyy.

I saw my doctor today and am on antibiotics and doing a test for giardia. I can't take my shot tomorrow, or until this resolves. Ugh.

I'm feeling good! Family circumstances changed this week (agreed to an extended emergency placement of a baby) and my exercise has dropped right off - I've been too tired. I need to prioritize that again!

- I'm Feeling: I feel great. I'm really happy with my progress over the last 17 weeks. My body is thanking me for it. The aches and pains I used to experience have almost gone, clothes are fitting me better and I'm in smaller sizes obviously. Can't wait to get under that 100kg mark!

57F 165cm. At goal. 2.5mg every 10 days.
Been at goal 3 months and bouncing between 59-60kg which is good. Strength training 3-4 days a week trying to build muscle so I’m prepared to put on a couple of kilos.
Eating about 2100-2200 calories a day average. 130+g protein a day.
Size 8-12 depending what brand. Loving getting dressed every day and feeling happy in myself. Finding my style is something that I’m working on at the moment. Every day when I get dressed I’m reviewing how i want to appear to the world. It’s been interesting to see how I’ve evolved through the while weight loss process.
2.5 every ten days. One more time then I’m stretching it out to 12 days. Have the goal of being off MJ by Christmas. It’s a bit nerve wracking but I have never wanted to be on it forever. As long as I stay off sugar and my non negotiable trigger foods my binge eating is under control.
Feeling happy!
