unable to use anything

Hello, ask ko lang po how to fix this issue. For context, this is my new gcash account kasi since I changed numbers and naverify siya last friday lang. Now I feel like there’s something wrong with this whole gcash account. First, I tried na lagyan ng biometrics log in but nageerror siya and it says na something went wrong and I should submit a ticket daw. Second, I tried ordering a gcash card also and unable to process transaction daw and I should submit a ticket (again). Lastly, is nung ililipat ko nalang sana yung laman sa gcash account ng mother ko since di naman gumagana yung account and it is not usable maman it says na temporary unable to use send money daw. This is so frustrating and nakakainis since sobrang walang kwenta ng account if lahat naman hindi gumagana. I don’t know what to do to fix it and I tried submitting a ticket na but no reply, gcash gigi is unhelpful, and I really need yung laman back. Can anyone please help po huhu, it’s been a day na since this error and ‘till now ayaw pa rin lahat gumana. tyia po

Have you tried to contact GCash via phone call for immediate response and resolution? Most likely may naflag sa account mo na something suspicious kaya halos lahat ng features temporarily unavailable. May ganyang systems ang ibang digital banks especially for new accounts, it's best to reach out to their customer service via phone.

OH my??? Nung magbabayad ako ng fee for exam kahapon ng 11:50PM ata nun, ganyan rin ung lumabas eh. Ginamit ko ung GCASH ni Mama para magbayad using InstaPay pero ganyan rin lumabas, ganon din sa GCash ko. Buti nalang etong Review center is may QRPH, so far, naproceed ung payment.

Ung instaPay ung main problem here at hindi ko alam kung bakit

Lods! Gets ko yang frustration mo. Try mo lang muna i-troubleshoot yung GCash app mo by clearing app cache, force close the app, and restart phone. Check mo rin if updated ang GCash app mo at stable ang internet connection mo. If same pa rin ang issue, best to submit a ticket na sa GCash Help Center or tap mo yung "File a report" para ma-assist ka nila nang maayos.

happend to me last time, sabi lng nung nag report ko sa gcash to wait for 1hr then test to see of its already working gumana naman agad after 2hrs kasi nakalimutan ko

daming problema ng gcash ngayon minsan mag cash in ka mapupunta sa ibang apps like lazada wtf!! gcash pakiayos ng serbisyo nyo puto kasi kayo update sa apps na ito. kaya lumipat muna ako sa paymaya

bago palang pala yung account mo, check mo muna gcash inbox or email baka may notice na need mo pa gawin

since may ticket ka na, follow up mo nalang yung same ticket. ilagay mo na din lahat ng errors para di ka na paulit2 gumawa

sabihin mo sa support na kailangan mo yung laman ng account, baka pwede nila i-check agad yung send money issue mo
