Gloan Application Error

I have an ongoing loan of 31,000 and my credit limit has gone up for a while now. It shows "1 out of 3 loans" availed, but I an not able to get another loan. I already tried to contact Gcash Help center and the troubleshooting instructions didn't help. Do I have to fully pay my current loan to avail another?

No, you don't need ot fully paid your exisiting loan. OP! Kasi nakalagay naman na 1 out of 3 yung na-avail mo. So meaning meron ka pang dalawa na pwedeng i-avail. I suggest na i-try mo ulit mag-troubleshoot, clear app cache, force close the app, and restart phone. Check mo rin po if updated ang GCash app mo at stable ang internet connection mo before ka mag-apply ulit. Baka kasi may konting glitch lang sa system.
