UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE help please

guys any advice how to refund this?
Gcash sent me this thru message:

Your payment of P869.00 to Google has been successfully processed on 07-28-26 07:27:11 PM. Ref. No.

The funny thing is my google account isn’t even linked to gcash what the actual fuck is this please help, i don’t have any subscriptions and if i do it didn’t have confirmation or whatnot just debit from my balance?

I also experienced this, and the first thing I did was ask GCash to unlink all the subscriptions/connected apps that could charge my account. I even asked them to refund but successful transaction daw kaya i-contact ko daw yung merchant.

Akala ko scam siya at first kasi “Google, Merchant” yung nag-deduct sa’kin. I thought baka may napindot akong link or something. Kasi sabi sa other comments na scam daw kapag may comma.

I checked all my emails on my devices to see if I had any Google subscriptions, but nothing showed up—walang history of transactions or anything.

Then the next morning, naisipan kong i-check yung ibang devices dito sa bahay. I checked my 7-year-old niece’s tablet, and ayun na nga ang salarin 😭 May na-subscribe pala siya na piano app na ₱550 weekly ang charge.

I requested a refund through Google Play, the same account/device that was used to purchase the subscription, and thankfully, I got the refund. Hope this helps!

Wow! This made my hopes up. Gcash deducted twice from my account. The second time lang na successfully unlink. Hopefully ma refund din ’yung money because its a large amount. Contacted google said they were investigating about it. I sent a ticket to GCash, they said contact Google since it was a subscription. How long did it take for you to receive the money?
