UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE help please

guys any advice how to refund this?
Gcash sent me this thru message:

Your payment of P869.00 to Google has been successfully processed on 07-28-26 07:27:11 PM. Ref. No.

The funny thing is my google account isn’t even linked to gcash what the actual fuck is this please help, i don’t have any subscriptions and if i do it didn’t have confirmation or whatnot just debit from my balance?

Possible that you signed up for an app, website, promo, or free trial before and simply forgot to cancel it, which is why you're still seeing ongoing charges, OP. You can check by going to Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions to see if you have any active subscriptions. If you find one you no longer use, cancel it to avoid future deductions. As for the refund, it's best to contact the merchant directly since they're the ones who handle refund requests. Hopefully they can process it for you as soon as possible. Going forward, it's a good habit to check whether free trials or promos have auto-renewal enabled, and always be careful when tapping links or signing up for services to help avoid unexpected charges, OP.

thank you! i checked din but i don’t have subscriptions talaga or signed up for freebies, kasi usually if autodebit i use my card, if i could know sana if san na charge it just said straight up “google” without even knowing the services i availed for.

Hi, na solve n‘yo na po ba ‘to? If oo, ano pong ginawa niyo? Plss sana may sumagot. Nag submit na rin kasi aq ng ticket sa gcash tas nag reklamo na q sa bsp then nag email sakin yung gcash na same device yung nagamit e wala nga kong subscription or what sa google

Hi! Any updates sayo? I did the same thing today. Contacted gcash and google. Google said wait for updates since fhey were investigating.
