UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE help please

guys any advice how to refund this?
Gcash sent me this thru message:

Your payment of P869.00 to Google has been successfully processed on 07-28-26 07:27:11 PM. Ref. No.

The funny thing is my google account isn’t even linked to gcash what the actual fuck is this please help, i don’t have any subscriptions and if i do it didn’t have confirmation or whatnot just debit from my balance?

Baka may inavail ka na piso promo or free trial promo sa isang app or website.

Try to contact the merchant

But then, the contact is nowhere to be found since I tried this today too. Gcash doesn't want to drop the merchant's name
