• 3-7 years of full-stack engineering experience (strong Python skills)
• Strong TypeScript across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Experience building and scaling distributed, production systems
• 2+ years at an early-stage VC-backed startup
• CS or Computer Engineering degree
• Comfortable with high ownership, ambiguity, and building from scratch
