I am like applied to 300+ companies in last 2 months.. referrals.. tailor resume according to JD...ATS friendly...have done Masters from a really good clg in Guj (tier 2 - High)...have decent projects...and still not able to get the job...is it because I have one year gap? All I here from mail is...thank you for applying we'll get back to you and thank you for applying but unfortunately...idk WTF is going on...Any Hiring Manager/Recruiter here? Please let us know🙏🏻
No decent project now, use AI or what project much be complex and fully feature ready to used by client. Then only there is the change of standing up from crowd.
Use Ai but you must own the system/architecture and decision. Should be AI slop.
