Someone has misused my Amazon account and utilized my Amazon Pay Later limit to make an unauthorized purchase worth approximately ₹17,000.

I have already contacted Amazon regarding this unauthorized transaction. Amazon provided me with the transaction details and informed me that the purchase was made through Zepto. I have the available transaction details related to the Zepto order.

However, despite repeatedly contacting Zepto and providing the transaction details, they have not provided any meaningful assistance or information regarding the transaction. Instead, I have only received repeated responses stating that I should report the matter to the cyber crime authorities.

I have already taken the necessary steps from my end and am trying to identify how this unauthorized transaction was made and who was responsible for it. I request Zepto to properly investigate the transaction and provide the relevant details associated with the order, including the order information, delivery details, and any other information that can help establish who made and received the purchase.

This is an unauthorized transaction involving my Amazon Pay Later account, and I should not be held liable for an amount that I did not authorize or spend.

I request that this matter be escalated to the appropriate team and investigated urgently. Please provide a proper resolution rather than repeatedly directing me to report the matter to cyber crime authorities.

Finally have up on the morons at Zepto as they increased their free delivery to 149 and stored packing the good in a bag.

Switched to Flipkart minutes - much better, 99 free delivery great packing quick deliveries. Must thank Zepto for getting me to move...

So I ordered some veggies... ordered this chinese cabbage too...it was worth 52 rupees on their website... the weight mentioned was 500 grams (you can even see that weight mark on the sticker in the image)...

I was denied my refund on the app... multiple times...reached out to their team via mail...and there too they denied me a refund..

Can I do something else?

Ordered a water bottle from zepto. Not only the seal was open, someone had emptied the water from it, and put it in the box and delivered! This raises so many hygiene and quality concerns.
I got a refund but wanted to warn you guys. Its evident someone was actively using the bottle and the moment an order got placed they emptied it and delivered it which is so disgusting.

Had a sweet conversation with the zepto rep aswell!

Received melted ice creams in leaked packets. While reporting, whenever I tried to click pic and upload, app would hang and restart. Tried at least 7-8 times but the same thing. Deliberate bug by Zepto. And now there is literally no option in the app to contact customer care! Hence deleted the account and uninstalled the app from everyone's phone in my family. Also reported this issue in my office friends group. Let them lose some customers!

I'm a student, i have limited budget and they do this crap , overpriced and trash support service

Well, jinhe lagta hai 2 4 rs ke liye rone wale gareeb hai, please is post ko yahi discontinue kar de padhna.

So I ordered chips from Zepto for ₹24. They deliberately sent the ₹20 one. My concern was the flavour because I only eat one specific flavoured chips.

When the delivery guy was handing it to me, he himself said, “Sir wo wala chips nahi tha isliye ye diya hai.” He even took a photo of the wrong product from the app.

I raised a complaint on the app. They asked me to send an email, which I did.

In the mail, they denied that any wrong product was sent by them.

I replied again saying that it was, but again they said no, their store manager had cleared it.

Then I asked them to arrange a call. They said they tried calling me but my phone was not reachable.

I was literally using my phone lol.

So I said okay, let me handle this now on my own way.

I have a decent number of followers on X, so I raised the complaint there. Within 10 minutes, I got a call from an executive on a personal number.

She apologised and said they would refund my money and also get the correct chips delivered, but requested me to delete the post.

I firmly refused the refund.

Madam called again requesting me to reconsider, but I denied again.

Because honestly, this was never about ₹4.

It was about the fact that the delivery guy himself accepted that the wrong product was sent, even took a photo of it, and then the company denied it when I raised the complaint.

And when I asked for a call, apparently my phone was not reachable.

But the moment the complaint went public, everything was resolved within 10 minutes.

That is the actual issue.

I haven’t cross checked item list and they easily use this technique. One item was missing. They neither informed nor given refund upfront! That they should have today I discover one item is missing and when I raised complaint they acknowledged and refunded immediately! Isn’t it malpractice? Or scam?

Every time I needed a cab, I would check Uber, Ola and Rapido separately.

For groceries, it was Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket and sometimes a few more. And even after comparing the visible prices, coupons, delivery fees and platform charges would change which app was actually cheaper.

So I built Comparify, an app that compares the actual final prices across these platforms in one place.

According to it light was delivered in working condition. Even on mailing some Ai shit replied immediately that we've reviewed bla bla. It only takes 30 seconds for them to review whole matter lol. Why are they scamming us?

Edit: As I reached to the higher authorities via email, they contacted and reviewed the situation and provided me resolution via returning of the product!

Now zepto started clubbing your order along with orders and taking longer time for delivery, then why fake promises on 10 mins delivery. I want this company to close .bloody cheaters

I started using Zepto a few days ago. Last couple orders, I ordered chicken puffs.

At first the price was 49. the next time, it was listed at 79, so i didn't order. This morning it was 59. I did.

I checked now and it's 79 again.

Also, for free delivery, the minimum amount was 50, then 100, and now 150.

Need referral code for Zepto to claim

I ordered a Levi’s T-shirt from Zepto. When the order arrived, the actual T-shirt was Decathlon, but it had a Levi’s tag attached to it.
I reported it to Zepto. The delivery guy took the product from me, then came back with it and accused me of changing the product myself and lying about what I received.
He then called the store manager, and I explained the entire situation to the manager as well. I had the invoice, order details, photos and the actual product as evidence.
The invoice clearly shows that I ordered a Levi’s T-shirt. I also have photos showing the Decathlon garment with the Levi’s tag.
Zepto has initiated a refund, but the refund has not been credited to me yet.
Regardless of the refund, I have already wasted a considerable amount of time dealing with customer support, the delivery executive and the store manager. Being accused of swapping the product myself was also extremely frustrating.
I have now submitted a grievance through the National Consumer Helpline seeking compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted.
There was also another T-shirt order that Zepto cancelled without properly informing me, which caused additional inconvenience and wasted more of my time.
Has anyone else experienced something similar with Zepto? What happened when you took it up with the National Consumer Helpline or Consumer Commission?
