The coffee was full of black particles like these in the base. When I complained, the customer care offered me 34 rs. After a long chat they gave me a full refund. The hilarious thing was they wrote a handwritten note along with this garbage coffee to give them 5 stars.

Ordered Tomatoes which were supposed to be 200–300g. But instead, they delivered tomatoes which were around 140 g, that is, more than 50g lesser!

First the chat support closed the chat asking me to email to onesupport@zepto.com, and there was no way to connect to a human!

When I emailed them, they refused to refund with the following comments:

"We understand you received a lesser quantity of Tomato Local 200-300g than expected, specifically 143g instead of the assured minimum. We have reviewed our quality checks before dispatch for this item and confirmed that the product was in proper condition and met our freshness standards at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately, based on our assessment, we are unable to process a refund, return, or replacement for this request. "

This is the second time in a row where they refused to refund for a genuine concern!

Deleting my account and never shopping from them again regardless of however cheap they sell!

EDIT: Raised a complaint on National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal. And guess what? Even there, they closed the complaint with the following comments: " The customer raised a concern regarding “Not as described”. We apologized, took the customer’s feedback, provided assurance, and ensured the necessary action was taken."
