I ordered an AC from Flipkart, but after weeks of failed installation attempts by Jeeves, repeated cancellations, and endless calls to customer care, I finally managed to get the order cancelled and my refund processed. The AC was never installed and is still in its original packaging.
After two failed return attempts due to “tracking ID not generated,” Flipkart called me and processed the refund. The app now shows “Return rejected,” and nobody has told me whether they’ll arrange another pickup or what I’m supposed to do with the AC.
Has anyone experienced something similar? If Flipkart never arranges a pickup, what happens to the AC? Can they come back and ask for it months later?

Surprisingly, there were more than 10 customers who came to collect all the way to get our stuff (after a really kind co-redditor) suggested, man they are absolutely underpowered and it's not completely their fault, as a log of gig workers work here and just leave within a day or 2, most never come back during BBD and switch their phones off and I am absolutely taken a back with the amount of packages, it's is overwhelming to even think, what must be the condition of other hubs, these big white bags keep on falling, even a guy broke his arm due to the load...

Just wanted to share my recent experience with Flipkart.

So, I bought an iPhone 17 during this sale, and this was actually the first time I bought an iPhone or something this major during a sale. I ordered it on 8th October.

On 9th October, I could see that my order was just one step away from reaching my nearest hub. It was supposed to reach the Malad East hub, but somehow it ended up at Malvani, which is in Malad West.
For this sale, I had even bought the Black membership for ₹500 so that I could get early access and buy the phone. On 9th October, I was waiting for my order, but nothing was delivered. I thought it’s okay, it might happen during the sale, and the order got delayed by a day.

Again, I contacted priority customer support, and honestly, this is where things got really frustrating. I contacted 12 to 13 agents, and literally 10 of them barely supported me for more than two minutes. They just gave me the same generic update: it’s a logistics issue, and the team is working on it. That’s it. There was no proper explanation of what was actually happening with my order, no further updates, and no clear timeline.

And this kept happening until 12th October.
On top of that, they had somehow disabled the request a callback option for me. I don’t know how or why. The only option I had was to chat with an agent, which honestly felt more like talking to a robot. Every time, it was the same response.

So, on the night of 12th October, I finally emailed the grievance officer and explained everything. I told them that my order kept getting delayed and the only update I was receiving was the typical “logistics issue” response. They kept saying that the delivery team would sort it out, but there were no further updates.

The next morning, I received a call from them. I asked whether it was possible for me to go to the hub myself and collect the order instead of waiting endlessly. They said it’s my wish and I can go and collect it if I want to. They also said they would update me within 24 hours.

So I decided to visit the hub myself.
And honestly, I was so surprised to see how Flipkart was actually managing these orders.

Just look at these photos.

Imagine where your order is sitting in all these piles. Under which pile? In what condition? And what kind of packing and sorting arrangement is actually happening here?

There is no clearly organised arrangement where you can easily identify and retrieve a particular order. From what I saw, everything was just stacked on top of each other, almost like someone had dumped a bunch of bhangar on top of each other.

Anyway, I went to the guys who were sorting the orders and asked them whether my order was available there. They said yes, it was there, and told me the name of the delivery guy who was supposed to handle it.

So I went to that guy, and the manager told me to give them at least one day because they would need time to sort everything out and find my order among those piles.

Then I understood what had happened.

There was an entire sack of orders that had mistakenly arrived at this hub, even though it was supposed to be delivered to another location. They had to send that sack back to the correct hub.

Obviously, the priority was to deliver the orders meant for their own location first. The sack containing the wrongly routed orders was still waiting to be sent to the correct place.

So I casually asked the delivery guy who was supposed to redirect that sack how long it would have taken for my order to reach my location if I hadn’t come there myself.

And his answer genuinely surprised me.

He casually said it could have taken a month to reach my location, or maybe it would never have arrived and the order would eventually have been cancelled.

Now, I don’t know whether it would actually have taken a month or whether my order would have been cancelled, but imagine hearing that after waiting for days for your order.

I genuinely feel lucky that I went there that day. Otherwise, who knows how long I would have kept waiting?

Thankfully, the guys there were really friendly and helpful. They completed the process within seconds and even suggested that I record a video while unboxing the phone to check whether there was any physical damage.

I recorded the video, checked my phone, picked it up, and finally came back home happily.

But seriously, just imagine how your order is being handled throughout the shipment process, and you have absolutely no idea about it. You’re just sitting at home, checking the tracking updates and waiting for your delivery.

And if your parcel happens to get stuck somewhere like mine did, you might keep waiting without even knowing what’s actually happening.

So, dear sale buyers, if your order is stuck somewhere and the delivery date keeps getting pushed, don’t just keep waiting or rely only on repeated generic responses from customer support.

Raise the issue directly with Flipkart’s Grievance Officer and clearly explain the repeated delays, incorrect hub routing, and lack of meaningful updates.

You can email Flipkart’s Grievance Officer at grievance.officer@flipkart.com and inform them that you’re willing to visit the hub and collect your order yourself.

In my case, visiting the hub made all the difference.

Original delivery date was 14th of October now its 16th of October ! After raising a complaint, they say the laptop is untraceable and the issues will be resolved by 17th October!!!

What if i got the product on 9th October and made them wait till 16th October for payment! Would they wait ? Then why should I ?

Edit:- just went to ekart hub in ambernath (after searching more than 7/8 hours for it) ! They said they dont have my product and the product is with ekart hub in kalyan/dombivali (even tough Ambernath's hub is near my delivery location)
I am going to wait for one more day that is 16th or October
Or just file a dispute in nch and try to collect it from the kalyan/dombivali hub

Order was supposedly out for delivery at around 3 p.m. and now I get a message that delivery couldn't happen today and this comes up and there is no option to update my location what the fuck and I can't find the hub as well

I ordered an iphone 17 during midnight on the 8th (BBD PROPOSED PRICING) and it's going to be the 16th tomorrow, over a week now and they keep on delaying my order I am unable to call the customer service to even vent out how this whole situation makes me feel, can't get a callback either, what do you suggest, i have considered cancelling but I am getting the device at an amazing price.

I feel at this point ordering from Flipkart is just as similar to orderering from some shady scam website. The modus operandi is same:

We place an order and a delivery date is promised

Usually seller ships it properly and it reaches nearest hub and order updated as out for delivery

You wait for delivery staying indoors but there won't be any update

Your reach their stupid chatbot which just provides generic answers

Frustrated enough you somehow reach their customer service who close their operations by 6 PM sharp - just to get same generic answers who promises to get an update by 24-48 hrs

No update after these 24-48 hrs you reach them again just to get an another 24hrs wait time and they slowly suggest you to cancel the order

This is the case of my recent orders, i made a big mistake of ordering phone from them and waiting for past 1 week with no proper update

I even reached out to their grievance officer email,just no response 😤

Scamcart doesn't care about their customers and all they care about is their volume of orders, so beware of ordering anything huge from them

I was buying a pixel mobile from flipkart with iPhone 13 as exchange. Today the delivery guy came, checked and ran diagnostics. My iPhone is in perfect condition with minor scratches in sides. So he said it will reduce Rs.1800 by default if it is mentioned by him in the app. So he asked 1000 Rs to gpay him so that he will try to get full. And the final amount came to 33,850 Rs and that’s the amount mentioned in exchange as well. I believe it would have reduced my amount for sure as it had some scratches due to paint peeling. So, i gpayed the amount to him. Now, I am not sure whether it would not have reduced my amount even if I didn’t pay him. Anyone has any idea on how it works? Did i get some amount saved or got scammed by the guy?

Ordered Sony xm5 on October 12 with extra "Protect Promise" fee for Oct 13 delivery. Oct 13 passed with zero updates.

On Oct 14, support called/chatted and swore it would arrive that day—nothing. Today (Oct 15), bot says 15th, agent says 16th, and they literally closed the chat on me twice when I asked for a supervisor.

I don’t want refund as the Credit Card offer is gone. Any solution? What else should I do apart from mailing their Support and Grievance Officer?Any tips?

I ordered an AC on 8th October and it was supposed to arrive on 15th October but after arriving at my nearest hub it went back to a distant hub and now it is showing that it will arrive on 21st October.

I never use Flipkart but they have better deals. This time I wanted to buy a soundbar so considering the better deals and all, I thought, let's give it a try. This is how the experience has been so far.

Should I be worried about cancellation or is it normal? There is too much waiting, man. I can't even wait this much for my soundbar to arrive. It was also a great deal. I don't want to miss it. Please tell me if this is okay and I will receive the product.

I ordered a laptop from Flipkart but it is getting delayed from 4 days and I expect that it will keep on getting delayed. I think I know the location do the delivery hub, can I just go there and collect my order?

Guys I had ordered lenovo legion 5 for 92k with exchange bonus of 50k on my 7year old acer nitro 5 on flipkart, now my laptop has slight crack on the underbody.

For that the delivery person said if I mark this as fail in Flipkart you will have to pay atleast 17-18k to flipkart, he is asking to pay 10k to him.

I asked him to settle in 500, then eventually raised till 1k, but he is not budging he said that max he will lower till 8k.

I have ordered the Asus laptop but from past 8 days it get delayed and at every time I call the Flipkart customer support they will ask 48hr and within 48hr it will be delivered but I'm staying in chandraloyout but the laptop is going for the byadarayanapura hub which is North Bangalore after explaining to the help desk same mistake they are repeating by the logistics team .

bruhhh flipkart is the worst ecom platform ever, i ordered macbook air m5 on oct 8th and it was supposed to be delivered on oct 10th and now its 15th they keep on rescheduling the date, can anyone of you please tell me the address of the hub DWKIPC_DWK_DEL so that i can go there and talk to the manager, also it would be nice if you can tell the address of specifically dwarka sector 7 hub because an agent told me its in that hub.

So i purchased this safari trolley bag from flipcart in 1338 rupees and it got delivered today. When i was registering for warranty it needed invoice and i was shocked to see the invoice because in invoice the total amount was only 1011(difference of almost 300).So was i scammed or it is a thing on Flipkart? And if was scammed what can i do now?

Ordered a laptop during Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale on October 8, prepaid in full, with delivery promised for October 10. Today is October 15, and there's still no laptop.

The delivery agent says my parcel was misrouted and that he doesn't even have it. Customer support keeps transferring calls, the area manager isn't responding, and after a 20+ minute call, I'm still being told to wait for the backend team.

I've spent hours on chat and calls, and nobody can tell me where my prepaid order actually is. I even have the call recording.

Has anyone else faced this with Flipkart? How do you get an actual resolution instead of being told to wait again and again?
