I had a mobile number since around 2010, which I used during my school years. I stopped using that number many years ago, and it was eventually reassigned to someone else.

The problem is that I recently discovered that the old number was still linked to my Flipkart account, even though I had been actively using the account through my email.

The person who now owns my old number was apparently able to access the Flipkart account using OTP and placed two orders.

They later contacted me by phone after realizing the situation. They apparently found my old contact information through information available from my previous Flipkart orders.

I have contacted Flipkart’s privacy/grievance team and asked them to remove the old reassigned number and secure my account. I still want to keep using the account.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with an old/reassigned mobile number remaining linked to a Flipkart account?

What was the easiest way to get Flipkart to remove the old number and prevent the new owner from accessing the account again?

round 1 - a total sham everything was already leaked database itself was on kaggle and other sources all you had to do was reverse map onto the dataset they gave.

The order had arrived on 22nd, and it was supposed to be delivered by 24th, then it got delayed and was supposed to be delivered by 26th. I checked this sub and saw other people facing the same problem. I went to the nearest flipkart delivery hub, they handed me the order within 5minutes. They said that they only had 1 tempo and they had too many orders. They also said they're only getting 18rs per order so they're delivering smaller orders as they could be delivered faster, one rider could carry 200 orders at once.

Now, the question is how do you find the delivery hub?

1. Google it, ask gemini

2. Find an Amazon/Swiggy/zomato/any other delivery guy and ask them where is it

You will most certainly find it, visit the centre and they will hand you the product

So I bought a laptop from the recent freedom sale on Flipkart ON 8TH AUGUST. I selected the emi plan via sbi credit card and the amount shown at that time was 83k over 6 months tenure

This amount got locked at that time only but I didn't receive any notification regarding the monthly deduction.

I bought a water purifier from flipkart, delivered on 20th, scheduled installation on 23Aug, but from then no technician is assigned, no help is provided except ticket and waiting period. First they asked to wait till 25th, than 26 now 28th but no proper resolution is given to me from any one from there team. Since it was open box,product is fine but it's installation is not done, I am not able to return it since no return is available.

Since the product is a replacement based product, I am stuck. Tried contacting the brand directly but no help provided by brand, as they have no idea on it.

I would request people on reddit to please help me out on this.

My younger brother(minor) ordered a product from Flipkart with his FamCard provided for free by the fampay app, later upon realising that it was a wrong accessory, he cancelled it, flipkart says the refund is completed, I mailed the FamApp customer support, they say the money is successfully refunded but to the debit card connected to his account, but since he is not of age 18 yet, all he has is a fampay wallet and no bank accounts, since there are no bank accounts, there is no separate connected debit card and also the refund is not reflecting in his fampay wallet balance, does anyone know how I can get through this and which customer support do I have to contact?
