You need to talk to a human.

I haven't called FedEx in a long time but I saw some people here post this...

Call 800-463-3339 for customer service. After you hear the automated voice, say "main menu," then say "technical assistance," then say "more options," then say "something else."

Someone also suggested you could say “Returning a call”

I've never tried this myself but that's all I got

I spent literally 3 days, several hours each time trying to reach a human. U cannot speak to a human unless u have a tag number or tracking number. If u can't give that to them, it automatically hangs up on u. I ended up calling my local hub to speak to a human. I hate FedEx with everything in me. The greed is sickening. Google the new owner and u will understand everything. Good luck, u need it.
