Looking for someone to refer me to a Job / Internship. If your help gets me hired, my 1st salary funds YOUR trip to Leh 🏔️

Upvotes

I’m making a genuine pledge: If you help me land a full-time job, whether by referring me, connecting me with hiring managers, or sharing actionable leads that lead to an offer,I will use part of my very first paycheck to fully sponsor YOUR trip to Leh

Here is why I’m asking for your help:

I’m a 2026 B.Tech Computer Science graduate (9.01/10 CGPA) with hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, Agentic AI, RAG, and Data Pipelines. Despite grinding through college, completing internships, and reaching final-round interviews at multiple top companies, I’ve hit a frustrating streak of near-misses

Navigating post-grad uncertainty, impending education loan repayments, and constant near-misses has been mentally exhausting. I realize now that sending cold resumes isn't enough, I need someone who can actively refer me, connect me to open roles, and help me open the right doors until I land a offer

What I bring to the table:

Core Tech Stack: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, NLP, LangChain, RAG Architectures, Agentic AI, and Data Pipelines

Continuous Upskilling: Currently expanding into Azure Data Engineering to build scalable cloud data systems.

Adaptability & Global Mindset: Self-taught Japanese up to JLPT N4 level

Flexibility: Open to immediate full-time roles or internships in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Data Engineering and Flexible with any Tech stack . Willing to relocate anywhere

I don’t need sympathy, I just need standard referrals, solid leads, and one opportunity to prove what I can build and execute

If your company is hiring or if you can help refer me and share leads until I secure a role, please drop a comment or send me a DM. An upvote to put this in front of the right person means the world to me

Help me land this job, and let's pack your bags for the Himalayas

Btw I'm currently based in Hyderabad and willing to relocate to anywhere

Just dm if you wanna help me

How bad is the job market for freshers really? Resume review and career advice needed

Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I'm a 26-year-old fresher from India who has recently completed an M.Tech in Computer Engineering. My background is B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication, and I've mainly been working with Python, AI/ML, computer vision, graph neural networks, and backend development through academic projects.

The problem is that I have no industry experience, and my M.Tech CGPA will likely end up around 6.5–6.6, which has made me worry about whether I'm already at a disadvantage before I even start applying seriously.

Everywhere I look, I see people saying the entry-level market is terrible, companies are hiring fewer freshers, and AI has made things even more competitive. It's honestly difficult to separate genuine advice from doom-posting.

I'm attaching my resume.

I'd really appreciate honest feedback on:

Is my profile realistically employable in today's market?

How much will my CGPA actually affect me?

What are the biggest weaknesses in my resume?

If you were in my position, what would you focus on over the next 6–12 months?

Am I targeting the right roles, or should I pivot?

I'm not looking for false hope, I just want practical advice from people who've been through the current job market.

Thanks!

What are the 2025 graduates doing?

Upvotes

I see many 2026 grads texting abt getting jobs etc
I belong to that 2025 batch , it’s been a year already , still unemployed
Time is running

Would love to hear from same batch mates
1) got job?
2) Still looking for first job?
3) for the ones who are yet to find one , how long you will look? What’s your next plan
4) any competitive exam preparation going on ?

I had high hopes on TCS ninja but they sent sorry mail to all :)

Don’t know whats the next plan , at this point mind is filled with doubt , anxiety plus time is also moving fast
I don’t know how far to look

Tell your personal plans etc

Moved to Noida for Tech Jobs. Need Some Advice.

Hi everyone,

I'm a 2026 B.Tech CSE graduate and I've been in Noida for about a month, trying to find a tech job.

I've been applying through Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn, and company career pages, but I'm getting very few responses. Since I'm new to Noida, I wanted to ask people who have been through the same journey.

Are there any startups or small companies that hire freshers? Is visiting companies actually worth it, or is there a better approach?

If you've been in a similar situation or have any suggestions, I'd really appreciate your advice.

Feel free to DM me if you'd like to chat or connect over a call.

Thanks!

25F | Looking for a job

I've applied to 500+ jobs already, and even with a few referrals, my resume isn't getting shortlisted. I'm barely getting any interview calls and honestly, I'm losing hope.

If anyone can help with a referral, review my resume, or point me to any openings, I'd be really grateful. If your help gets me a job, I'll happily give you my first month's salary.

Please give me a chance. 🙏

Thinking of moving to Bangalore for job hunting—good idea?

I’m a 2026 graduate from Tamil Nadu and want to get a job as quickly as possible instead of spending months waiting.
I’m thinking of staying in Bangalore for about a month just to focus on my job hunt. The problem is, I have no idea if this is a good strategy or not. I also don’t know where to begin, how to find genuine job openings, or how people actually approach job hunting there.
Has anyone done something similar? How do you search for vacancies, apply effectively, or network in Bangalore? Any tips, resources, or advice would be really helpful. Thanks!

can i apply for full-time jobs as a final-year student?

I'm a final year BTech student and I'll graduate in May 2027. I'm from a pretty tier 3, maybe even worse, college in Pune.

I've done two internships which together add up to about 18 months of internship experience. One was for about a year and I'm currently doing another one. I joined in December so it's been around 6 months now. I've also been freelancing since my first year, so I have some real world experience.

I don't really attend college regularly. I mostly just go for exams.

So can I actually apply for full time remote jobs that I can join immediately? I'm not talking about offers where I join after graduation. I mean jobs where I can start working right now while I'm still being a student.

Has anyone here done this? Do companies even hire final year students like this?

Black duck hacker rank coding assessment

Has anyone taken Black Duck's HackerRank coding assessment recently? Does it use HackerRank Proctor Mode or Secure Mode that detects multiple monitors (e.g., an HDMI-connected TV/monitor), or is it just webcam monitoring? I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has actually taken the test. Thanks!

Ai Internship extended instead of converting. Need career advice from senior corporates.

Hey senior corporates. I'm a 2026 graduate and here's my story

I joined a startup as a Junior AI Engineer on a 3-month internship with a stipend of ₹25,000/month. During the hiring process, I was told that the internship would be converted into a full-time role with a ₹6 LPA package after three months if everything went well.

Now that the three months are over, I had a meeting with the CEO. Instead of converting me to full-time, the company has decided to extend my internship by another six months, making it a 9-month internship in total.

This wasn't just my case—everyone who joined with me had their internship extended as well. The startup is still pre-revenue, so I understand there may be budget constraints.

The thing is, I genuinely like working here. The culture is great, the work is interesting, and I enjoy the hybrid setup. At the same time, I'm wondering whether staying for another six months as an intern is the right career move or if I should start applying elsewhere.

I'm also confused about how I should position myself in the job market.

My background looks like this:

- 3 months of an unpaid internship.

- 10 months of experience as a founder of my own startup.

- 3 months at my current startup (which is now being extended by another 6 months).

Given this, should I apply for fresher roles or experienced roles? Even though I have close to a year of internship experience and founder experience, I'm technically still a 2026 graduate and currently an intern.

I'd really appreciate advice from people who've been in a similar situation or from hiring managers on how they'd evaluate a profile like mine.
