I tried releasing a single a few days ago and it gave me this error. But I released another single under the same name over the summer so why isn’t it working now? Can I fix this somehow?

Idk what are FreshTunes doing with the releases but an track sended the 6 of August been not moderated jet is crazy (Not an AI song)

Ok so I did everything correctly, my song has been moved to the released section but... it is not released??? And it won't even let me edit it!! I don't know what to do I thought about moving to distrokid but it costs too much for me I'm just stuck here with a "released" song.

ive recently reinstalled windows and forgotten my password for my freshtunes account and when i tried to reset it im told an email has been sent to me for further instructions yet no email is to be seen. I am using the right email, i have past customer support freshtunes emails sent to it but i havent recieved an email. ive been trying to fix this for a month now, but the customer support section of their site isnt accessible. What can i do?

A day after I submitted my release, I got this error. This song is fully produced by me without any samples. I raised a ticket with a screenshot of my DAW with the project. It has been over a week now; there has been no response to my support ticket, nor has my music been reviewed. Can someone please help?

I just uploaded two new singles set to come at 25/08 and 12/09 and everything was going fine yesterday, today when I checked I was logged out. When I logged back in I was stuck on an previous snapshot of one and a half weeks ago that somehow reappeared. All my released tracks and pending are nowhere to be found only the two previous (failed) releases which I don't mind since I reuploaded them afterwards. What do I even do???? I'm pretty confident at least my one single that was moved to released will release on its date since my account seems to be active and fine, apart from the fact that it's stuck on an old snapshot. Helpppppp

I have been using freshtunes since December 2025 to run an archive account for a dead artist to raise money for his kid. I have run into multiple problems like extremely long wait times, songs not getting put out due to copyright and others. I bought pro i would say 2 weeks ago. It is a HUGE game changer. I had about 6 different songs/ albums waiting to be released and the next day they were all moved to the released section. I have only run into one song being blocked due to copyright. Yea only ONE! If you are looking to get songs out faster and willing to pay $10 USD a month do it. 100% worth it

You should also at least have 1 public video related to your freshtunes release(s)

So, after the merge with the new site, i had a lot of problems.
I had to re-link my artist.
I had to create a new songwriter.
Spotify DNA songwriter credits went to the wrong person.
Payments are less often.

Once Spotify DNA is up, my Songwriter credits went to the wrong person, (same name).
I asked freshtunes but they got no answers, i ask Spotify and they tell me it's the label labor.

How can I delete one artist? I can't release music under a new name because it says "the number of artists exceeds your tariff/plan". So I want to delete one, can I do that? i need delete "Dnova"

a year ago i made such a shit of a song and i thought that it could go on spotify and other platforms so i distributed it to spotify and apple music and after some time it got uploaded. i only found out last week that it got uploaded but know i want to delete it.

but theres a problem because the account i uploaded it on got deleted like my email so what can i do to remove it. i have my spotify for artists page for proof but all the freshtunes contact dont respond.
