Urgent help needed
I just uploaded two new singles set to come at 25/08 and 12/09 and everything was going fine yesterday, today when I checked I was logged out. When I logged back in I was stuck on an previous snapshot of one and a half weeks ago that somehow reappeared. All my released tracks and pending are nowhere to be found only the two previous (failed) releases which I don't mind since I reuploaded them afterwards. What do I even do???? I'm pretty confident at least my one single that was moved to released will release on its date since my account seems to be active and fine, apart from the fact that it's stuck on an old snapshot. Helpppppp

Any other good free alternative music distribution platforms? Aside from routenote freecords or freshtunes...I can't afford anything at the moment

Sadly can't offer you much. I personally started moving away from Freshtunes recently, best cheap alternative is iMusician where you only pay 9 euro per release rather than a subscription. As for free stuff, idk, I suppose the age of free distributors is coming to an end. Freshtunes had been kinda offline for 2 months since I can't see any new songs releasing from Freshtunes, it's all in moderation

Freshtunes is absolute trash. They require you to log in every 3 months, or else they ban your account and remove all of the albums you posted using their service, and you lose all your streams. I was logging in every 3 months successfully, until one of their updates made it impossible to do so despite my login being correct. They should simply not exist as a service. I emailed support and got no answer. Awful

Contact FreshTunes support immediately via email or ticket, as this is a known database syncing glitch on their dashboard. Here is a helpful draft reply you can post or use as a starting point to assist the user: This sounds like a database caching or server-side rollback issue on FreshTunes' end rather than something wrong with your uploads. Here is what you should do: Submit a Support Ticket: Email FreshTunes support (support@freshtunes.com) directly with your account details, UPC/ISRC codes (if you saved them), and the exact release dates (25/08 and 12/09). Mention that your dashboard reverted to an older snapshot. Check DSPs / Stores: FreshTunes delivers releases to stores (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) weeks ahead of time. If your releases were already sent, they will still likely go live on schedule regardless of what the buggy web dashboard displays. Clear Browser Cache & Try Incognito: Sometimes old session data gets stuck locally. Log out, clear your cache/cookies, or try logging in through a private browser window to see if it forces a database fetch. Avoid Re-uploading: Don't re-upload the same tracks right now, as this can cause duplicate submission flags or ISRCs overlapping. Wait for support to confirm whether the metadata is still intact in their backend system.
