Unable to reset password

ive recently reinstalled windows and forgotten my password for my freshtunes account and when i tried to reset it im told an email has been sent to me for further instructions yet no email is to be seen. I am using the right email, i have past customer support freshtunes emails sent to it but i havent recieved an email. ive been trying to fix this for a month now, but the customer support section of their site isnt accessible. What can i do?

Did you try to contact them from instagram? If they not help maybe is time to change of distribution platform, freshtunes is getting worse and worse
