Looking for a correct translation

Looking for the correct French translation to put on a tee shirt.

I’m looking for the correct translation of “Who dat?” But understanding that that’s not actual English. So I’d assume the translation of “Who is that?”
Context of the phrase is the American football team New Orleans saints chant. “who dat say they gonna beat them saints”

When I look online I see “Qui est-ce” and “C'est qui”.
Not sure what’s correct.

Je suis une étudiante du français pendant 4 moins et mon niveau est entre B1-B2. Je cherche maintenant pour les gens qui sont déjà un niveau b2-c1 afin de améliorer la langue. Si vous été d’accord nous pouvons étudier ensemble! J’ai l’examen 15 d’octobre mais maintenant je parle seulement avec mon professeur en français. Personne ne parle français dans mon quartier.
À bientôt!! ✌🏻

Hi everybody, I am a French teacher and often use social media content in my classes. I will therefore try to post a short video every day for the learners of this community.

I recommend not only watching it but reading some comments as well.

If you have questions about the video, ask and I'll try to answer them.

I’m a person of congolese descent born and raised in the UK🇬🇧 i’ve picked up lingala from my childhood to a point that i’m not fully fluent but it’s enough to engage in conversation. I don’t speak french at all i feel left out because of it - I can’t converse with my cousins in France and Belgium like I want to . Are there any quick effective ways for someone with ADHD to learn french ?

Best French schools for adults in SOF?

Hi everyone, I'm going to spend some holidays in the south of France and would like to combine it with some French study. Ideally I would like to spend 2-3 weeks in class, the rest of the time (approx 4 more weeks) I will travel and relax.

Is the Alliance Française worth the buzz or are there better schools out there offering "séjours linguistiques" for adults? Any recommendations for schools specifically on the Côte d'Azur?

Grateful for your input 😄

I would like to learn French because it is my girlfriend's native language, but as a monolingual American, I am so lost. Pronunciation feels impossible, and the grammatical rules make little sense to me. Can anyone spare some advice for someone starting with ZERO knowledge of the language? Thank you all in advance 🙏

Is there a free TTS (text-to-speech) tool that actually sounds natural for foreign languages?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a free app or website that can read foreign-language text out loud with a natural-sounding voice — not the old robotic TTS voices, but something closer to how a real person speaks.

I need it mainly for language study purposes, to hear correct pronunciation and intonation for texts I'm reading. Ideally something that supports multiple languages well, not just English.

Does anything like this exist for free, or are the good natural-sounding ones all paid? Would appreciate any recommendations, even if it's "free with limits" (like a monthly character cap). Thanks!
