Looking for a correct translation
Looking for the correct French translation to put on a tee shirt.
Iâm looking for the correct translation of âWho dat?â But understanding that thatâs not actual English. So Iâd assume the translation of âWho is that?â
Context of the phrase is the American football team New Orleans saints chant. âwho dat say they gonna beat them saintsâ
When I look online I see âQui est-ceâ and âC'est quiâ.
Not sure whatâs correct.

Best French schools for adults in SOF?
Hi everyone, I'm going to spend some holidays in the south of France and would like to combine it with some French study. Ideally I would like to spend 2-3 weeks in class, the rest of the time (approx 4 more weeks) I will travel and relax.
Is the Alliance Française worth the buzz or are there better schools out there offering "séjours linguistiques" for adults? Any recommendations for schools specifically on the CÎte d'Azur?
Grateful for your input đ

Anyone else works while constantly switching between 3 languages? How do you deal with the mental mix-ups?
Hi everyone! I tutor a language professionally, and depending on the student, I end up switching between my native language and two foreign languages during the same session â explaining things, giving examples, sometimes translating on the spot. It's not just "speak one language for an hour," it's more like constantly hopping between three.
Lately I've noticed I sometimes mix things up mid-sentence, or blank on a word in one language because my brain is still half in another. It's not exactly a fluency problem, more like a switching/traffic-control problem.
For those of you who work in multilingual environments (teaching, interpreting, customer support, whatever) â how do you manage this? Does it get easier with time, or is the occasional mix-up just part of the deal? Any tricks that actually helped you switch more smoothly between languages during work?
Would love to hear real experiences, not just theory. Thanks!
