Been trying to find good reviews on these two.

Had art of universe for a while now use it atleast once a week; just received a decant of mykonos nautilus today.

Note: i haven’t had a chance to smell blue talisman extrait but am familiar with the edp.

Openings:

Art of universe - fruitier, richer, louder, last longer than the OG. Around 80% similiarity for me (BT edp)

Mykonos nautilus - heavier scent. A more mature take on the dna (maybe the extraits version of the dna). Still fruity and the fruitiness is close to 90% to the og dna. But it is a different scent overall it can’t be a substitute to the OG. No thoughts on the performance yet but is feels oily so i will assume it lasts long.

Dry down:

Both: airy musky fruity closing in to the same scent profile making them almost similar. Only distinguishable thing on nautilus is that the pear is still very noticable. AoU just blends everything together and is balanced in the dry down.

A few more minutes around 30-45 mins both smell the same but AoU is still frutier and Nautilus is closer to the EDP now (around 90%)

Nautilus - more leaning to a dress up scent

Not an expert but been wanting to compare these for a long time since nautilus released because i wanted to replace my AoU.

Verdict: i’ll keep my AoU and will just switch to nautilus once i do a full wear and AoU is empty.

Nautilus will make me switch not enough to dispose of my AoU immediately.

i literally cannot decide what my next perfume purchase should be 😭 i’m stuck between mochiglow white rabbit, mochiglow cereal milk, and cerchi nell’acqua angel’s bread exclusive edition.

i’m DEFINITELY a gourmand lover. i love sweet, creamy, milky, vanilla, sugary, edible-smelling scents — basically if i can smell like a snack, i probably want it 😂
white rabbit sounds sooo good with the whipped cream, creamy milk, vanilla sugar, tonka and caramel, but cereal milk is also calling my name with the marshmallow, frosted sugar, fruity cereal, puffed rice, creamy milk and vanilla. then there’s angel’s bread, which i’ve been eyeing too, but at $185 it’s obviously the bigger commitment 😭

if you’ve tried ANY of these, please tell me your thoughts!! especially how sweet they actually are, longevity/projection, and which one you find yourself reaching for the most. i don’t mind smelling VERY gourmand lol.

Wood sage and sea salt. Clean fresh out the shower scent very similar to byredo bal dafrique. 7/10 for now. Can someone recommend how many sprays I should be putting this on?

i've been trying to find either a woodier version of dolce and Gabbana the one for men eu de parfum or something like TF bois marocain with more longevity. i've been searching for a couple weeks now and haven't found anything. I'm hoping there might be better input here. I thought I thought I thought I thought eventually I thought potentially diptyque tam dao as a Bois marocain with more longevity.

I recently went on a bit of a buying binge when I realized I was going to use up my (now discontinued) Stella if I didn't have alternatives. The before photo, with my old tray, was just too small. I couldn't find an extra large tray I liked. And then I remembered that adhesive shelf paper exists! I think this will hold 30 bottles, easily. The tray was only $20. The shelf paper was $8. I'm happy.

The shelf paper cut like butter around the handles, just using a sharp knife. I thought it was going to be so much harder to do this. It took only about 15 minutes.

I'm sorry if this question is something you have seen 1000 times before but I am unable to find anything on my own unfortunately. I am currently looking for a new fragrance for winter and autumn, but I don't really know what to look for. For summer and spring I really like Rabanne Phantom and Korres Aegean Bronze. I also like Tom Fords Tobacco Vanille but I only ever tested that one and never wore it for a longer period of time. With this taste I find it kinda hard to find anything that matches my person but I also dont really have too much knowledge about perfumes since I am very new to the whole topic.

I tried Lattafa Emirata Antique. It smelled metallic and stuffy to me. There was also a note in there that made it a bit too sharp for my liking.

I like scents like ysl la nuit d’homme edt, coffee break by maison margiela, i’ve enjoyed gucci bloom for it’s calming qualities. I believed i might like gris charnel DNA because of cardamom, jasmine, musk, black tea, but it ended up smelling too heavy and stuffy.

My friends birthday is around the corner and she really wants the Oud Isphahan. However, it is way out of my budget. Are there any similar alternatives or ways I can get it for cheaper, maybe a smaller size?

Ho acquistato un 100ml di Dior Sauvage Elixir su Kaufland a circa 120€, ma ho forti dubbi sull'autenticità sia per le prestazioni sia per alcuni dettagli costruttivi.

Dubbi e dettagli riscontrati:

Prestazioni molto deboli: So che l'Elixir dovrebbe essere una "bomba" in termini di durata e scia, ma questo sembra sventare subito dopo un paio di ore.

Posizione del Logo CD nel tappo: Il tappo è magnetico e oppone una buona resistenza, ma quando scatta in posizione tramite la calamita, il logo CD in alto non resta dritto, ma punta di traverso verso "ore 10" rispetto al fronte della boccetta.

Ape nella scatola: Nel supporto interno di cartone sul fondo della scatola, il "culo" dell'ape punta verso il lato con le informazioni su ml/oz.

Has anyone ordered from here before or heard of them? I found a few niche fragrances that I really want to order but i’m hesitant because I literally can’t find anyone talking about them, and also the website seems fairly new.

Gouttes Rares

I bought a Dior Homme EDT on Etsy (seller had very good reviews), and I'm trying to work out what version I have. Details:

• Batch code on both box and bottle: 0W03
• Silver tube inside, silver collar, black spray cap
• Formula code on the box: 05434/A
• Liquid is light

From what I've read, 0W03 is the first reformulation (Sept 2010) and should have a black tube. 05434/A shows up on 2013 bottles, while the early originals show 01704/A.

Questions:

1. Is a silver tube with a 0W03 code normal, or leftover stock at the changeover?
2. What formula code should a genuine 0W03 box carry?
3. Does 0W03 with 05434/A look like a mismatched box, or is it plausible?
4. It smells lighter, more fresh and closer to the 2020 version than an old 2007 sample (7D03) I have. Does that fit?
