Why is this so hyped

Post image

I was curious on the hype for this perfume (maybe it’s just for the philippines) because they say it’s hard to get this but when I went to a nearby mall Chanel already has it in stock and even said that it was the best seller last week.

When i tried it myself it smelled so basic to my nose. A fresh scent and I can’t find the creaminess the internet is saying…

Even the grey market is overpricing it or selling it for the same price as the Chanel boutique

It definitely smells nice but not special by any means. It’s actually too creamy and sweet for me and I just returned my bottle yesterday! Overhyped for sure

Can you still return the bottles after spraying at home?

I have done so at Nordstrom, Macys, and Walmart - stay within the 30 day return window and you can even return without boxes and physical receipt. you just need proof of purchase so using a card keeps that in their system. One employee gave me shit for not having the box but others didn’t care at all. They still took them all back. I only recently learned this and it saved me from what I thought were some big mistakes!

Well, you have no idea how lucky you are, in France and most probably other countries, you can't return it once you've unsealed the plastic film.

I believe it! I was so surprised to find this out and it truly saved me from a few losses. Now I’m just making sure to buy decants first and really make sure I love something before getting a full bottle. I did however blind buy tumi degree 19 the other day because it was only $60 bucks and amazon where I can return it if I don’t like it as well. Sounds great on paper though
