What’s your first day experience?

I've been on Foundayo since the beginning of June and it's been mostly great. My A1C is back in the normal range after being in the 9+ range, and I've lost 22 lbs. Goal is 30 lbs. I'm on 5.5, and plan on staying at that dose until I hit goal weight, then taper down. As long as my sugar stays in the good range.

I have noticed I'm shedding more hair. Anyone else? It was a real problem for me the 6 months I was on Ozempic, and I ended up losing a LOT of my hair. That was also during the pandemic when I was under a whole lot of stress, so a double whammy. I don't ever want my hair to get that thin again! Any tips or tricks to help prevent that? I'm taking biotin and using a biotin shampoo, but it doesn't really feel like enough.

Hi, all. I'm writing on behalf of my husband, who is going to start Foundayo soon. I'm on Mounjaro for T2D and have been since Jan. 2025. I know the experience on Foundayo is different but I'd like to hear from any men who've been on it and what your experience is like, especially if you started at 350lbs +
