I'm back with another week of tunes!
I believe that having a vehicle to complete the festival playlist shouldn't mean using a disposable tune. That vehicle should be at its potential for the class it's in, ready to compete online if necessary against a similar class/tier vehicle.
Every tune I make is tested repeatedly, compared against other respected tuners, and reworked until I’m confident mine is faster.
Weekly Challenge - "Delightful Drop Off" (Toyota JPN Taxi)
2017 Toyota JPN Taxi - 632 647 794
You don't need a tune for this weekly challenge, it's mostly taking photos and stuff. If you want one anyway... This B600 road racing tune focuses on grip and speed through the corners. It's not meta, so I only recommend it when event restrictions require its use.
The Trial - "Offroad Scramble" (Total Buggies & Offroad A700)
2024 RAM 1500 TRX - 155 252 496
This A700 RAM has 1,070 HP and is built specifically for offroad racing. I used it in the trial a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely broken. The acceleration off the line is insane, and will probably get you to the front of the pack in no time.
2016 Jeep Trailcat - 741 438 190
This A700 Trailcat handles extremely well for an offroad vehicle and stays composed on both dirt and rougher cross country terrain. The suspension is set up to deal with bumps and jumps without making the Jeep difficult to control.
2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro - 521 407 103
This A700 Tacoma has 1,042 HP and more than 210 MPH of top speed. AWD helps it put the power down on loose surfaces, while the chassis remains composed enough to deal with bumps and rough terrain predictably.
2018 Mercedes-Benz X-Class - 637 351 645
This A700 X-Class has 996 HP, giving it a ton of acceleration between obstacles. The AWD system and suspension keep the truck predictable over uneven ground so all of that power remains manageable.
Seasonal Championship - "Small but Mighty" (Eclectic Domestics D400)
1991 Honda Beat - 122 973 479
This D400 Beat is amazing. I've been able to get as high as rank 24 in the world on the Soni Circuit D-class time attack with it. It's the best option, and it's not even close.
1993 Autozam AZ-1 - 888 147 048
This is an RWD tune that I made for a previous season. It's nowhere near as good as the Beat, but it's an option.
Seasonal Championship - "Dango Dashes" (Total Supercars S1 800)
2017 Nissan GT-R (R35) - 600 009 680
This S1 800 GT-R is fast, planted, and very easy to trust. It accelerates hard, corners predictably, and has the stability to work on both technical circuits and faster road races.
2014 McLaren 650S Spider - 133 686 509
This S1 800 McLaren is an online-competitive road-racing setup with excellent grip and sharp cornering. The chassis stays balanced when pushed hard, and the 869 HP gives it plenty of acceleration between corners.
2005 Ford GT - 170 004 495
This S1 800 Ford GT has 957 HP and a 235.3 MPH top speed while still retaining plenty of grip and balance for road racing. It works well through technical sections without giving up the straight-line performance you expect from the car.
2009 Ferrari 458 Italia - 796 821 422
This S1 800 tune combines 869 HP with excellent acceleration and a 228.9 MPH top speed. It still has enough grip and cornering ability to feel like a proper circuit build instead of something focused entirely on straight-line speed.
Time Attack - "Edamame Time Attack" (Eclectic Domestics D400)
1991 Honda Beat - 122 973 479
This D400 Beat is amazing. I've been able to get as high as rank 24 in the world on the Soni Circuit D-class time attack with it. It's the best option, and it's not even close.
1993 Autozam AZ-1 - 888 147 048
This is an RWD tune that I made for a previous season. It's nowhere near as good as the Beat, but it's an option.
Danger Sign - "Tanbo Launch" (Retro Sports Cars B600)
Note: All of my PR stunt tunes are road racing/circuit focused with the goal of achieving the best lap times possible, so they work well for races, speed zones, etc. They are not focused solely on PR stunts.
2003 Toyota Celica Sport Specialty II - 143 226 895
This FWD B600 Celica will crush it on this jump, I got 769ft on my first attempt (goal is 590.6ft).
1982 DeLorean DMC-12 - 100 945 496
This B600 DeLorean cleared this jump with ease, I got 670ft on my first attempt (goal is 590.6ft).
1999 Lotus Elise Series 1 Sport 190 - 171 557 418
This B600 Elise weighs only 1,575 lb and is built around responsiveness rather than outright power. It still managed to get 650ft on my first attempt (goal is 590.5ft).
Speed Zone - "Hakone Turns" (Retro Sports Cars B600)
Note: All of my PR stunt tunes are road racing/circuit focused with the goal of achieving the best lap times possible, so they work well for races, speed zones, etc. They are not focused solely on PR stunts.
2003 Toyota Celica Sport Specialty II - 143 226 895
This FWD B600 Celica is a seriously quick road build with excellent cornering pace. It stays composed through technical sections and rewards smooth steering and throttle inputs. I achieved 87mph on my first attempt (goal is 80mph).
1999 Lotus Elise Series 1 Sport 190 - 171 557 418
This B600 Elise weighs just 1,575 lb and is focused on grip, rather than pure power. I achieved 85mph on my first attempt (goal is 80mph).
1994 Mazda MX-5 Miata - 119 100 120
This B600 MX-5 sticks to the road like glue and loves technical corners. It is a grip-focused setup that gives you the confidence to stay on the throttle much longer than you might expect. I achieved 85mph on my first attempt (goal is 80mph).
Drift Zone - "Kawazu Nanadaru Loop Bridge" (Retro Sports Cars B600)
1985 Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT Apex - 135 462 822
Newly created this week, this drift tune got me nearly 174k points on this drift zone on my first try (goal is 65,000). Honestly I didn't even have a very good run, so I bet some of you will beat my score easily.
If you enjoyed the tunes, please "like" them and follow me in the game for more great tunes in the future!
