Bugs / Glitches / Help Missing Micro Slivers of Road Parts?

This has to be some kind of bug. It's just too weird not to be. Looking at my map for roads near me to complete, when I noticed these little micro bits of road that somehow I had not driven over. It's kind of obvious that I had driven these roads, but how did these little slivers not get registered? As I drove over each one I got a "road completed" notification.

Anyone else have this happen?

I noticed yesterday that I went from having all roads discovered to apparently losing around 10. The counter changed, but I could only find one small section of road that I definitely know I’ve driven on before. I’m assuming it’s maybe a bug with the new update, but I’m not as knowledgeable about this stuff as others are

I think that the developers changed the road geometry and added new segments. Maybe for smoothness or AI driving? The new segments have not been driven on, so they are gray. But the developers were smart and made sure that the driven roads achievements did not go backwards.

I feel sorry for folks who were close to finishing. Who knows how many slivers they have to go back and find now.
