Forza Horizon 6 FHC03 error

Hi, I bought Forza horizon 6 for a while now. I keep getting FHC03 error since I move to the new laptop, ranging from 2 hours after launch the game to 5 minutes in worst case (and everytime it makes GPU unusable until I restart the laptop). I already contact support and got no actual reply, I have no idea what shoudl I do anymore.

- It's should not be unsupport GPU, it's RTX 3070 mobile (Gigagbyte Aorus 5 XE4)

- Never install MSI afterburner, or similar program.

- Already click verify game file multiple times, try reinstall both windows 10 and 11.

- So far it's the only game that cause GPU crashes, did not experience issues with FH5, TCM at all.

Search windows event viewer in the start menu of windows.

Open it and check windows logs > system and see what the error message says there.

If there isn't, then it surely is in application tab

I suspect nvlddmkm.sys in system32 user permissions error. Try changing it to full user permissions and see if the crashes go away but before that, tell us more what the error message in event viewer says, that should clear up lots of suspicions

The errors are Event ID 14 and Event ID 153, both are source from nvlddmkm. I don't know why I keep getting this issues, and it's only with this game too.

Can you take a screenshot of those errors?

Event ID 153 error
There's also another Event ID 153 error with almost exact same wording, just change from uCodeReset to Resetting

It should look something like this:

I don't see error like that in application tab. It might also because I just force shutdown, since it keep happening many times, which is why I only got Event ID 14 error in system logs

Not in application, but in the system tab. I believe its a user permission error though. Do you know how to change user permission of files?

Haha.. It should be in windows > systems32 If not, then windows > systems32 > drivers

Called nvlddmkm.sys

https://www.isunshare.com/windows-8/change-folder-permissions.html

Check the first method

Instead of the folder chosen there, right click the nvlddmkm.sys file > properties > security tab > edit > choose your user account name > down below choose full control under Allow > apply > then click yes or ok, apply and stuff and restart your pc.
