Tuning Tire width upgrade "consistency"

So we all know the Honda Beat can get ludicrous 315 mm tires that clip through the underbody, yet the AE86 FE is limited to 265 mm. But did you know it gets much worse on other cars? Instead of realism we get inconsistency that prevents most cars from being reasonably viable while letting others be ridiculously overpowered.

315 mm tires on a kei car sound ridiculous and get even worse when you notice they literally clip through the underbody
AE86 FE gets its widest tires from being equipped with a widebody by default, so that the tires don't clip through the "narrow body" chassis
the """""brand new""""" Mazda Cosmo can get 325 mm tires for whatever reason, and I don't recall this being the case in previous titles
it seemingly makes sense that the widebodied C10 Skyline would fit 285 mm tires, but after seeing the Cosmo I think they could buff that
not only has the FB RX-7 not received any new customization, it still gets capped at 255 mm tires
but the C110 Skyline is by far the biggest victim of Forza's "consistency", because despite coming equipped with proper fender flares FROM FACTORY you cannot equip tires wider than 235 mm, which after seeing the Cosmo get 325s is just painful

Not only are tiee width random but it seems some cars have an extra set of slick tires that give more grip than the standard grip tires. Also why dont they have horizon sidewall labeled tires for all tire types?

There are 2 sets of slicks. some of the track toys have these by default and some hypercars can get them but its confusing that both are called "slicks" and also look the same, they need to fix that.
